Had problems ordering from Amazon 3 times. Over a period of 6 months, with shipping issues and design issues! I reached out directly to Create Neon after a Google search, and customer service was amazing! They were able to meet my budget and work with a complicated design. They expedited shipping to arrive before Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! I would recommend to anyone!

Light came broken and response time is terrible. No solutions. Waiting on refund or replacement but takes Jordan 5-7 days to reply. There are many other light companies online. Don’t use this one.

I’m a human and a real person who placed an order with Createneon and had a wonderful experience. I was extremely skeptical because all of the LED-neon sign websites and services have a similar sense of inauthenticity. I’m happy to report that my order from createneon arrived timely within 2 weeks time. The size, color, font, and overall quality were exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. The order was presumably manufactured and dispatched internationally (outside USA) which I was expecting, and did not care about. The result is awesome!

I emailed the artwork to Custom Neon and they shot back a proof and a price within 24 hours. This sign was for a client at a local university. Also, the sign arrived much sooner than we anticipated. The sign was cracked to do shipped negligence, but Custom Neon processed a replacement immediately, no questions asked. I am very satisfied with their work and support. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They did not disappoint! My sign looks like an exact replica of my logo, I was beyond pleased. Very great with communicating as well. Would have no problem recommending any to or recording from this company for sure! they give out great discounts as well.
