Do not use this company, rep Dominic Lodge ruined us our account has been frozen he has ghosted our calls and messages 8k been on hold with World Pay promised to be paid before Christmas nothing main office don't answer the phone total shit show

Switched to CreatePay from another provider, the end to end service was great. I was worried switching would cause disruption but it was simple and they saved as lots on fees. Highly recommend them.

Createpay, and Matthew Thackeray, were very efficient, professional and helpful through the supply and installation of our new machines.

Recently got a chip&pin machine from Gordon - after previous bad experiences and difficulties getting set up with another supplier, Gordon was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He had us up and running in no time! Really pleased!

I’m really happy after joining create pay,the card reader is easy to use and the transaction goes through fast.Raj Channa wasvery helpful and made the transition to my new card reader run smoothly helping me to download, sign up and showing me how to get the best from the app which allows me to see transactions and charges.

We have had this machine for few months now and all seems well so far. Easy to use and very simple website portal etc. our initial contact was with a chap called Raj Channa who was very helpful. He explained all the costs and charges relating to payments and answered our questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Raj and worldpay.

We have been very pleased with a seamless handover from our previous provider to Create Pay. They have saved us money which is great but having a local point of contact is very important to help with PCI and any changes/bumps in the road. Matthew Thackery is very amenable and has kept responding to messages as the system beds in. So far so good!
