Very classy piece
An absolute beautiful piece of furniture. The craftsmanship is so detailed and realistic. Not tacky one bit which was what I was worried about. This piece is going to last a lifetime. Excellent value for money also.

Heavy and beautiful
Purchased a table and a matching bench from Creation. Received a bit quicker than expected, but man that thing is a statement. I thought I only buy a table but it’s over 100kg monstrosity which is just exceptionally beautiful. Absolutely love the live edge and the craftsmanship. Table is just a table but in this case it was the thin my dining room needed. Perfectly matches the bench and our chairs that we’re currently renovating. Just be prepared it’s heavy not some ikea thing you move around generally it stays where you put it :). It will stay with us for years now - wood is wood and you can’t compare with cheap stuff. Very happy with final effect and how it presents.

Thank you so much for such a fantastic review!
We love how you’ve described it. A true statement piece in every sense. Solid wood really does have a presence you simply can’t replicate and it’s wonderful to hear the live edge and craftsmanship made such an impact in your dining room.
You’re absolutely right, these pieces are built to stay and be enjoyed for years to come. Delighted you’re so happy with the final look 🙂

Not as good as the models in the pictures
The company and the delivery were well done. It did take a while for the sideboard to reach me.
However, although the quality of the sideboard is good, it doesn't look anywhere near as good as the one in the photo.

Thank you for your feedback.
We’re pleased to hear you were happy with our company and delivery. Regarding the appearance: as our pieces are made from natural wood, the grain, tone and pattern can vary from item to item, which means no two sideboards will ever look exactly the same as the photography.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope you continue to enjoy the quality of your piece.

Do not trust this company
I ordered a lamp in November for delivery in January. On the 14th of January after having no correspondence from the company since I ordered the lamp I sent them email asking for a delivery date. Today January 15th they have informed me that I will receive my lamp in May due to delays. I’m having to ask for a refund and I’m extremely disappointed and appalled that I had to get in touch with them to find out this information. Do not trust this company, would not recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback.
We sincerely apologise for the issue you experienced with your order. The delay was caused by incorrect information provided to us by our supplier, which unfortunately led to the misunderstanding regarding the delivery date.
As soon as the matter was clarified, the situation was resolved and your lamp was delivered on 3rd February. We also offered a significant discount as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
This is certainly not the experience you can normally expect from us. We are truly sorry for the frustration this caused, it was never our intention to mislead you. While mistakes can occasionally happen, we always do our very best to resolve them quickly and fairly.
We genuinely hope this experience will not discourage you from shopping with us again in the future.
