Placed an order for 2 RFID cards
Placed an order for 2 RFID cards, and know for a fact that I tapped on the “no thank you” for the bonus offers. Went into my email, immediately after and noticed there were 3 order confirmations, and 3 PayPal payment notifications. Immediately requested cancellation of all orders. Received emails stating that it was not possible as the orders were already packaged and out.

My order was completely wrong. I wanted 3 items, I was charged for 9 and 9 were delivered. I would like a refund and to return all items. Though I was told by customer service I had to reply to 4 emails befire I was given an address to return items

Beware added charges will be added to your order
I ordered there product and when I got confirmation they added a upcharge of 9.99 more then I clicked on. I called customer service and they were down right putting the blame on me saying things like I signed up for shipping protection when I said that wasn't true then she said it was a extended warranty. I'm like these are credit card protectors what extended warrenty. They clearly add things after I already hitted NO NO NO NO NO on other things they try to sell you, and beware them no's are so small your finger could very easily hit you up for a commitment on whatever else there trying to sell you which is a million things. Thet basically hung up on me, so I guess I paying 9.99 more. I paid with pay pal and will check with them. Update to review: Credifence has refunded the 9.99 to me. However if there customer service would not have hung up on me and told me that I was going to be refunded this review would never have happen. I still stand by I pushed no button to except being upcharge. Hopefully after all this I at least receive a quality product that works.

Think Out What You Can Live With Or Without
Well, first of all I found the item very pleasant and like something I've never seen before. It was very playful and exciting. But I realized I could only accompany only one of them. So, I'm sending the rest of the order back. I got over zealous when ordering. I suppose the kid in me got the best of me at the time.
So, I advise that when ordering try to be realistic about what you really want and/or need.
