Used once it was great, easy and quick. Have tried to go back a second time. Got approved but the page to sign my agreement just goes blank.

Ok first off the phone number doesn't work , they don't respond to emails, there chat is a joke , and the agree to pay which is supposed to go to your bank never happens im not sure if its a scam tho it wouldn't suprise me as the site says you have been approved and need to sign pay agreement my advice user be warned keep away

horrible app also face id is a mischief and they are probably using your face when you have to do face scan to supposedly verify identity to gain information on you, also it says oz forensics when you try to scan your face which is weird af

The face scan is an identity verification step. Its whole purpose is to confirm the person applying is really you — which protects you from someone else using your identity to take out a loan in your name. It's a security check for your benefit, not a way to collect information about you.
OZ Forensics is the specialist identity-verification provider that runs that check, which is why their name appears on the screen. They're an established verification technology company, not an unknown third party — and your face scan is used to verify your identity as part of your application, handled in line with our privacy obligations.

The PayTo Agreement is set higher for paying out the loan early, cash come into my account fast, they are completely online
Received funds without delay, so far they have been great, give everyone a fair go!

This company is horrifically dodgy
This company is horrifically dodgy. Their number is disconnected - they send you messages from an 'unverified' number stating you have been approved for a loan and to accept a PayTo agreement via your Bank BEFORE receiving Funds. Side Note: The agreement they wanted me to approve in my Banking App potentially allowed them to take over $200 MORE than the loan amount they claimed to approve in a SINGLE transaction (without a contract or payment reschedule, no email, no call from an agent - nothing) They have been reported to ASIC and so has the company they are trading under. Do NOT trust

A few things that may help. Credit365 is a licensed Australian credit provider (Australian Credit Licence 391069, operated by Zainah Pty Ltd) and a member of AFCA — you can always reach us directly at customercare@credit365.com.au.
On PayTo: setting up the agreement in your banking app is a legitimate part of our repayment process, and it's confirmed before funds are released because it's how the payment rail is set up. The agreement displays a maximum limit, which can look higher than a single repayment — but that's a cap, not an amount we take. We only ever debit the amounts due under your loan contract and repayment schedule.
That said, we don't want anyone left in the dark. We'd genuinely like to look into exactly what you experienced — including the messages and number you mentioned, as scams impersonating lenders do exist and we treat them seriously. Please contact our complaints team at customercare@credit365.com.au so we can review your case properly. If you've also raised it with ASIC, that's your right, and we're happy to work through it with you directly.
