What made my experience with credit experience so great is that they have been extremely helpful and understanding especially when times get hard. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and loved ones. And let's not forget about the payment!! Very flexible and forgiving.

Ok. Need to change your payment policy
You guys seem to be OK but what I do not appreciate is not having a grace period to make a payment or being told that I have to pay extra if I make a payment early. I have never in my life. I had an auto loan where that has been done and I feel you need to change it.

My car was repossessed and I picked it up the next morning from the tow shop with all kind of break lights and damage showing. I got the diagnosis done and sent it in and then I'm being told it's not due to the tow when nothing was wrong with the car at all before the tow. This is ridiculous

I never thought I would ever be able to buy a car. It couldn't have happened at a better time. My father passed away and I became homeless with my son and 2 dogs then I met a man that sent me to Fortune Motors and they were able to get me financed through credit acceptance.
