If you haven't received your GeniusCash, and it's been 2 weeks since your application date, please make sure to open a ticket in your dashboard. If you've already opened a ticket, please note that the manual investigation time depends on the bank and may take several weeks.

I ordered a credit card with you guys, but did not get paid, I had to open a ticket and it took many weeks with follow up in between to get my money. I was hoping it would go more smoothly as it was my first time using creditcardgenius.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the GeniusCash partner that the card application has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.
Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the bank when you open a ticket with us. There are various things that the bank's affiliate departmenr needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time card or account holder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time depends on the bank and it is outside of our control.
