I spoke to one of your customer service team today called Peter, my monthly payment hadn’t gone through due to a fault at my end, Peter was very understanding and patient and he helped me with making my payment over the phone and he put me at ease and explained everything really clearly.
I asked Peter when my last payment would be and he gave me the date and the amount of my final payment.
I’m so happy that Creditfix have been with me through my IVA journey and have made the whole process from start to finish a positive experience and with people like Peter on the team, who did an amazing job today, others will have positive and friendly experiences just like I have!!!

Phoned up creditfix as im coming to the end of my iva. A company had contacted me and was concerning but Yuvranee put my mind at ease. Contacting them on my behalf via email stating that they don't have the authority to do so. I now feel happy that this has be resolved at the end off my term.
