Scammers who took my money promising help with credit score, provided zero services and it took me 5 phone calls of cussing and screaming at Sofia for her manager to finally call and issue me a refund for $29.99. They are scammers. If they call you, please hang up and block them. Jerks. Took me an entire month to get a refund!!! They did absolutely nothing for my credit score!

They are scanners one thing I do not understand is why put me through all of that when there were nothing to fix with my credit I put an application in for an FHA Mortgage and wound up with Keith Richter talked to me about it grant soI can buy a house. He puts me in with CIG. This is a company that takes 129.99 a month for 7 months and then 29.99 Credzy app. They finally figured out that you cannot fix credit that has already been fixed. Therfore they sent me to Village Capital and they were the worst they got very discriminating about my age and think it's real funny to tell me you do not have any money so there is no house out there for me. I have no bills . I have paid off my student loans and car payment consolidated my credit card for them to tell me it does not matter. I cannot believe that FHA Mortgage would do that to people that actually deserve it

This is nothing but a big scam. I talked to John and everything he said was a lie I wanted my refund which I never received and they refused now they are now trying to steal more of money had to close my account do not do business with this company

They are a scam and will steal your money don’t use them and never reply to a text from a Willam with fha mortgage it’s a scam. They even joke about remembering your social security number place is a SCAM

This is a complete scam! I signed up with credzy and canceled the next day after not being able to contact John Irwin who was my rep to discuss options. A week later I get a charge of $179 that I did not authorize. I tried to email the email address on their website, and got a delivery failure stating the company may not exist. I have not be able to get a hold of my rep. Do not trust this company at all!!

Okay these guys are getting one star because there is no negative Stars I worked with these guys for four or five months my credit was $640 they promise and swore that they could fix it 6 months tops will build your credit enough to get you in a home is what they said they were happy to take my money $150 a month and three four months in miraculously my credit dropped 100 flipping points 100 points I just got off the phone with them somehow it's my fault that my credit dropped when before they got a hold of my stuff it was going back up it was back on the rise when these people tell you that they can help you when these people promise that it'll be better they're full of doodoo when they say oh they only show the bad reviews they get rid of the good reviews don't trust the BBB those are paid reviews is what I was told they're full of doodoo they drop my mother flipping credit score 100 points in 24 hours and they will not take accountability for it

I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now and can't get through. I even contacted my agent via email and never received a contact back. They were supposed to add my rent payment history and never did. It's been 4 months now!

Credit innovation group are scammers. I called and canceled and as speaking to the man he was charging my account. Refund my money.

The company lures you in with false information. The company continues to charge your card after you have cancelled. C.I.G. is a fraud.

I have been paying these people for 3 months and they're not doing anything for me I've done everything not them they can charge me every month and tell me a bunch of stuff it's not going as they promised. They never had me sign anything to get authorization to contact the credit bureau on my behalf so the bureau contacted me to let me know that. I hope something changes. I am being terrorized and tormented by a neighbor from hell and I need to get out of here. I am in a dire situation, innovation is not helping me so far.

Appointment wrong they took my $29.99 trying to talk me into giving them $179 a month for 6 months and promised that they would get me an FHA loan by deleting my bankruptcy off of my credit bureau report and raising my credit numbers far above 625 between all three euros but yet he never sent what they promised in the way of copies of paperwork they wanted me to sign and they do have my credit card number but I'll tell you if they try and attempt to cut my credit card number again they will be sorely mistakenly surprised at my response.. there is a lawsuit in the works against credit innovations suing them for well over 5 million in damages and if they think I'm kidding they're sorely mistaken there is scammer company trying to connect themselves to the FHA Federal housing authority and promising to cure people's financial problems through increasing their credit score so that the FHA will approve their loans

Response to reply #3: no, I LOOKED at my credit TODAY and EVERYTHING that you guys got off went right back on! I CANCELLED my "membership" today, and would LOVE to get a refund, but I know I did this stupid stuff myself by NOT doing my homework and allowing YOUR people to lie to me! I KNOW what I was told when I signed up and you guys are NOT who the people claimed they were. Lies.

NEWEST REVIEW May 24, 2022, DO NOT USE THEM! I literally JUST read my contract like a do-do bird and I got had!! I paid all that money and NOTHING! It literally says in the contract ONLY in the beginning do they do anything! I literally got stuff back on my credit that they said they wrote off back in October, so I mean I have been with them AT LEAST six months and paid the money I could NOT afford, and NOTHING guys, do NOT do this! I just canceled these guys and will NEVER go back, I will just call the 824$ NOT including all those 20$ payments that I have made. These guys are LIARS, and this is a waste of money! They do NOT have lenders like they say they do, otherwise, I would have been in a house by now! They lied from what they told me on the phone to what the contract actually says. I am going to see if these guys are with the BBB and give them a negative review as well!

NEWEST RESPONSE to the reply....I FINALLY got an email from him saying I claimed to have contacted him, which I sent him the screenshots of the texts to the number on HIS method of contact from the APP you guys had me download, and I DID TRY calling AT LEAST five times and asked for him directly, instead the first time I called he was out of town, called again he was still out of town, the third, fourth, AND fifth time I called he was on the phone, the people I talked to said they gave him the message, but that can be a claim, cuz I got records of calling, by the fifth time I talked to this young lady who was extremely nice and helpful and so I said forget it I gave up talking to Issac, but when I texted him, I ONLY wanted to know how many more 129$ payments I owed, I JUST seen his messages because he emailed me the email address that is tied to this account on trust pilot instead of the email that is associated with my account on Credit Innovations so I JUST saw the message right before I posted this response and emailed him right before I responded right now....so thank you for giving me the number I tried numerous times to call in the past it was like two months or so ago, and I got nowhere! I want to give them a five because I HAVE seen progress on my credit! However, I can NEVER get ahold of the credit guy that I was assigned. I also do not like that I cannot pay the ENTIRE fees up front the 129 I have two or three more that I have to pay, however, I am NOT allowed to pay it up front. The reason they said is because they ONLY do things when they get the payment. I was also told that I would have been in my own place in one month with he ORIGINAL guy who signed me up. His name was Alex, and he said it wasn't impossible, but then when I talked to the other guy he said no. I have been with these guys since November 2022, and again I can NEVER get ahold of the guy I was assigned. I tried THREE weeks in a row, but instead I got everyone but. It was Issac I think who I was assigned but he's "always" on the phone when I want to talk to him. I am starting to rethink these guys, but I have already paid them so much, so I am just going to finish it off, because SUPPOSEDLY this is for life, my credit fixing is only until I am done paying the 20$, but to me that's only 20 bucks so I will continue the credit thing, but I am now going through KeyBank as well who I think is MORE caring than these guys about the credit. I thought in the beginning they cared, however, this many months later I do not feel the same as I did when I first signed up. There was a nice young lady that I talked to instead of Issac, which I wish she could have been assigned to me instead of Issac, I honestly give up on these guys and will just continue paying it off only because I am ALMOST DONE. I did lose my job, so hopefully, I will be able to still pay. God Bless!

I just spoke with them today,It was an awesome conversation,They almost had me Fooled.UNTIL,They tried to pressure me into giving my card info,HE WAS VERY PUSHY.He told me to go put money in the bank after it declined and he'll call me right back within the next couple of hours.(I gave them a old Cashapp card number lol)Also,He wanted me to make sure it was double the amount because my husband.(He didn't start his case file yet)I just didn't trust him.I was going to come here first to check the reviews before deciding to use them,and Lo and Behold it's a SCAM!!!!And Pay attention people,The good Reviews are invited with a green check mark lol.PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH,SCAMMERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE,THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU !!!

Very misleading. They send you an email saying they are from FHA mortgage company. Then come to find out they are nothing of the sort. I'm on SSI. Make $1400 a month my rent is $1205 they stole $179 out of my checking account 2xs!!!!!!!! I can't even get ahold of anyone!!!!!! I'm closing my account!!!!!!!These people are scammers!!!!!! My credit is fine!!!!!!

I'd say a 1 start rating is still too good of a rating for this company. They do not deserve to get rated. CIG is a huge SCAM! My mother was using them and when it came down to issue her the money too many issues had taken place. Nearly $2K was spent trying to rebuild credit and get the funds issued. There was more money that needed to be sent to them, then once it was said that her "package" was being delivered, it was said the FedEx driver was stopped by the IRS because they needs documents signed prior to receiving the package , and she, my mother, needed to pay another $7500 to get those docs signed. Now "if" this said package, which was money, was held up by the IRS, wouldn't the IRS take out the money that was needed prior to issuing the money? DO NOT use CIG. My mother is getting her lawyer involved with this scam. Nothing but lies and and unfulfilled promises coming from this company. They directed business to a guy named Henry Williams who didnt respond with answers to her questions. CIG is a company full of frauds and they will get exposed! When she asked to get a refund of her money that she sent in order to receive the funds she was ignored and Henry kept saying she needed to pay 7500 to get the package delivered. CIG, how hard is it to return the money to a customer who no longer wants to utilize your services since you all are frauds and scamming people? Ive read your reviews. They're all mixed reviews the bad outweighs the good. CIG and Henry Williams will be hearing from our attorney!

If you deal with this company, make SURE you have bad credit. When Gary (a veteran, I learned) called me to screen me, I revealed a high credit score. "Click". He wasted my time and hung up on me without wasting HIS time to simply say that I do not fit their client profile. Simply rude. Even if you think you fit the profile (needing credit help to get a house) I would find a more respectful source.

I worked for them and tried to have my credit fixed by them.

As an employer, they steal from their employees by changing the sales quota and requirements.

As a credit fixer, they only provided my credit reports... rent has not been reported.. their Self/CreditStrong program actually makes your credit worse and is another source of stealing your money. I'm currently with Credit Strong, they report $2500 loan @$30 a month payment. Its a 10 year loan, they take 50% of the payment in Interest, and it lowers my score by debt income ratio.... to get out of it I have to pay the whole loan off and wait 7 days for them to return it, which I now don't currently trust that.

For customer service, I have been hug up on multiple times. Your credit agent (mine is Hyrum) never calls you back, and their hold music is just atrocious. They are scammers..... a whole entire energy suck. Bad bad energy. Stay clear of the liars and cheaters.

They are a scam I would not waste your time! I am a disabled person I make under 900 a month to survive on and hyrum new this and yet still took my money and did not do a damn thing I paid him to do and in the end with the three month guarantee refund he keeps telling me he knows his worth and refuses to give back my money! He has not done his job at all and thinks he's worth my money what the heck? Complete scammers don't bother with this company they will feed you lies just to keep you paying out more and more! I told hyrum NOT TO TOUCH THE 69 DOLLAR ONE CAUSE I WAS GOING TO REMOVE IT I HAD THE PROOF! IT WAS LIBRUTY MUTUAL ERROR NOTHING BIG BUT YET HYRUM TOOK IT APOND HIMSELF TO TOUCH IT ANYWAY AND FEELS ITS WORTH $308! I WANTED MY CAPTIAL ONE AND CHASE TOUCHED NOT SOME MISTAKE ERROR THAT WAS AN EASY FIX! CAPITAL ONE AND CHASE AFTER FIVE MONTHS WAS NEVER TOUCHED!! I AM FILING A CASE WITH SALT LAKE CITY BBB! I received my refund after a week of arguing with hyrum to get it back for the month of April not for the past months as the 90 DAY BACK GUARANTEED says!!and even worse of all I didn't use this company services and quit the very next day and they still told me I will not refund your 19.99 member fee! They kept money they didn't earn! A day later after I paid I wanted out I read all the 66percent horrible reviews that's a lot of bad reviews percentage! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DEAL WITH THE HORROR SHOW I AM DEALING WITH NOW!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

If I knew what I know now, I did not receive help all they did was Scam people , FRAUD!!! And I want all my money back !!!!
