I paid $5,500 upfront in December 2024 for credit repair services. At first, communication was consistent and I was told specific accounts would be addressed.

During that time, I was dealing with a separate issue involving a Discover account. I was advised to ignore all correspondence related to that account because I was told it would be handled. I relied on that guidance.

The letters continued, and I followed up multiple times. I was repeatedly reassured that the situation was being taken care of.

By August 2025, communication stopped entirely. I received no responses through September, October, or November. In December 2025, I was contacted by a collections agency regarding the Discover account, which is now approximately $18,000.

In addition, changes made to my credit report appear to have removed long-standing positive accounts, significantly impacting my credit history.

I attempted to dispute the $5,500 charge with my credit card company, but due to the time elapsed, the dispute was denied.

I am sharing my experience so others are cautious about relying on advice to ignore active accounts and ensure there is clear documentation of services being performed.

they just got done repairing my credit everything took about 3 months to get done, they had to do some deep work on my account but they got it done, I am very happy with results and they are very good people they seem to really take care about people they work with at least I felt that care so from what I've seen and they did for me I am recommending them as a company that gets the job done.

I was honestly at the bottom of the barrel with my credit. Sitting at a 493 everything was messed up, and I genuinely thought there was no way I was crawling out of it. I had so much negative stuff on my report that it felt impossible. I know there are a lot of credit repair companies out there, but Credit Repair Dudes actually came through at least for me. It wasn’t easy and it definitely wasn’t instant as I expected but they stayed on it and somehow managed to get things handled that I thought would never move. Little by little, they turned things around. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t make false promises or try to sugarcoat anything. They just did the work. Seeing real progress after feeling stuck for so long was huge for me.
If you’re in a bad spot with your credit and feel like you’re out of options, I was there too and these guys really pulled a clutch for me. I’m genuinely grateful for what they did.

I will 100% recommend credit repair dudes. They know what they are doing when it comes to repairing badly damaged credit. I know few friends who worked with repair companies before that had a terrible experiences and honestly I was feeling skeptical because of this but based on all the great reviews and reputation I found about these guys I felt more comfortable moving forward and oh man. I will have to tell you that it was the best decision. If your credit is in a bad situation and everything feels like falling apart, these guys know how to crawl you out of there. They have my vote of confidence that they will provide everyone the same treatment they gave me.

I first came to this company for help because I tried everything myself and wasn't making the progress I needed so pretty much gave up. I had a massive debt, I had medical bills i in collections, late payments, hard inquiries, so much stuff that I really felt like there was no come back for me, I couldn't even buy a car because of my credit condition. Credit repair dudes helped fixed that but in like 3 and a half months. I was expecting results much faster but based on my profile condition it wasn't exactly the easiest thing to deal with I guess but they got it done. I finally got a new car, and moved into a new appartement recently. As per their service, I recommend them but don't expect like some magic like I did. From my understanding everyone might have a different case, some might be faster then others but at the end of the day I know these guys can get the job done. They did it good!
