First off confusing, as the company listed on my credit card isn't Crestline but Scion Organics. They told me they cancelled my subscription and no further charges would be forthcoming and then my credit card statement showed they had charged me AGAIN. Customer service emails me to say an agent will be calling me to resolve the issue but I never receive that phone call. My only communication with them is through email as I've never been able to get through by phone. They have been the bane of my existance for months. I had resolved with them in February and thought I'd heard the last but no, here's another charge in September. I would advise people to not order from this company!

Terrible terrible experience with this company. Do not in any way order anything from them if you order anything they will sign you up for a subscription then then start sending you stuff every month and charging you for them. Terrible product too. total scam company

I want to warn others about this so called suppliment that is supposed to do wonders for your body.. I purchased 6 bottles to share with my wife, who has Type 2 diabetes, and after taking it since May, has not seen any improvement at all.. I was looking for some more energy, which it has not provided either.. Don't waste your money, go to a good health food store and talk to people that are educated in the field.. Oh, and one more bit of information.. Apparently it only has a 30-day guarantee, which I was not aware of. I called them to express my dissatisfaction, but was basically told that the file was closed and no recourse. I hope nobody else gets sucked into this. Good Luck

I did order one lot from JB Restore and asked if it was a United States Product because if it was I didn't want it.
I didn't hear until I was charged On June 11 from JB Restore for $338.43 and noticed it was shipped from WL-UF Cresline Nutrition in Burling, Ontario. The actual CAnadian Price should be approx $40.00. I attempted to get in touch with JB Restore but was unable to do so. I got one order and was then again charged $343.72 to my CC. from JB Restore on the 13 of July. I do not ORDER the second (or the first for that matter). I did not understand that it was from the United States and I specifically asked if it was a US Product I would like refund for BOTH. It looks that I may be charged for a 3rd lot (USfunds but shipped from Canada) I' m asking that Facebook review these 2companies Are we being shafted by our fellow Canadians.

I also placed an order to try the product and unknowingly was set up on a subscription receiving a repeat order every month. They will cancel my subscription but will not refund me for the unwanted product product that I received. This company should be shut down. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists

got ripped off like the rest has to cancel my c.c. so they could stop charging & sending me more capsules which I had not ordered

I ordered blood pressure support and got crestline glucose support. The advertisement spoke about blood pressure. They took my money for sixmonths supply. I called the next day when my money was taken out in USD INStead of Canadian as advertised. The company was woven eyesight. I am not diabetic. They are deceiving customers. I want a refund

My experience has been terrible! I bought 2 bottle to try it out. I NEVER asked or indicated on my initial request that I wanted to be put on “auto-ship”!!!!!!!
I’ve received 2 more boxes and absolutely don’t want this product. Trying to cancel a subscription is pretty much impossible.
You cannot get through on the phone number they have provided. How can I cancel this dumb subscription for a product that is USELESS!!!
E-mail me with instructions on how to cancel all other orders and how I can return this shit product for a full refund.

This company is a fraud. Do not buy from them you order once and they keep on sending you and billing you $239 without your permission. No one answers customer service they give you a hard time this company needs to be investigated. Just make sure you call your credit card company. Cancel the credit card and tell them you did not order the stuff and they will reimburse you.

Much Less than one star! Overcharged , (believed to cost 110$ but charged 330$) wouldn’t let me return poor product , said I had ordered automatic shipments, refused to show me any paperwork to verify this spoke to their customer service and was told they could do nothing. Hung up on me twice. Beware this company!!

I placed a order with a 30 day trail full fund if not satisfied. Once the 30 day trail was up I cancelled and was told how to start my return and refund. At no time did the sales person tell me it must go out the same day.
Two days later I mailed it out and never received the refund. When I called in he then said I was two day late and no refund would be allowed.
That is the worst customer service and you should train your staff to explain that you must mail the same day! You don't even deserve a 1 star.

This company is a scam! I ordered glucose pills from them one time. Since then I have recieved two more shipments and a bill for $239.00. I never purchased these tablets on a reoccurring shipments. I have tried to contact them through their website but guess what...there website is not available! I hope these people get reported and spend some time in prison. This would be a good place for all of them. I have contacted my bank to stop payment under this billing account.

I guess I should feel a little better about getting totally scammed by this company when I see the dozens of reviews by people who had exactly the same experience. I complained fiercely, both online and by phone, to the company HQ in Los Angeles -- they promised to end the "subscriptions" that I had never approved. But this was soon followed by another mystery charge on my VISA, from a Florida-based company called "Planter Obsession" which I had never even heard of, much less ordered anything from. Its website shows only gardening products, but when I telephoned them to demand a refund of the fake charge, my call was answered by someone who immediately let me know that I had reached Crestline! So is "Planter Obsession" a real company, or just an empty facade for snagging more money from credit cards accessed through Crestline? Buyers beware! How does Crestline keep getting away with this?

Had a pop up sale for Hemp Gummies under Company name True Joy Health with a buy one get one free. The original was 60.? Anyways was charged for two in USA dollars. The gummy’s came on Saturday and the jar is one inch high. So I ended up paying 169.12 For two small containers that does not include CBD oil.
I’ve put a stop on my Credit Card as I’ve read that they would charge monthly.

SCAM! After receiving an order (which I don’t remember ordering -bait and switch I’m sure). Emailed and told them I want a refund and return instructions. They emailed with a phone number to call. I called on Jun 1st and was told I would have to wait until Jun 18th to call because I was on a “trial”. Then I would be given a return address and would receive a partial refund. I pushed back and was called a liar and told that Canada has the worst physicians in the world.

Would not honor a refund. Tried several times since Feb. either same response or none. Their business is criminal and should be prosecuted. Encourage everyone to complain to the Federal Trade Commission.

Ordered 1 gummy product from True Joy & Health advertised at $69.95. I was later charged $236.52 and received 6 products instead, including tinctures that are not even listed on their website.

The products shipped from Burlington, Ontario, Canada, but when I requested a refund, I was told to ship everything back to a Florida PO Box at my own expense and pay about $10 per item in return shipping costs.

There were no visible Terms & Conditions, refund policies, or subscription policies anywhere on the website during checkout. Only AFTER disputing the charges was I sent “terms and conditions” from an entirely different domain, TJHGummies.com, which is not even the website I purchased from.

The branding also changed throughout the process between “True Joy & Health” and “Crestline Nutrition.”

The products also referenced third-party lab verification through lot numbers, but the verification system did not recognize the products received.

I documented and archived the website, checkout pages, packaging, shipping details, and emails because the entire experience felt extremely misleading.

I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY UPTEEN TIMES, THEY TOOK OUT 337.25 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, WHEN I THOUGHT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 39.99. THEY WILL NOT TELL ME WHERE TO RETURN PRODUCT, AND WHEN I WILL GET MY MONEY RETURNED, AND A GUARANTEE THAT NO MORE WILL BE TAKEN OUT. WHEN I CALLED THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME. WHICH GOES TO SHOW THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, I SHOULD OF DONE MY RESEARCH FIRST.
