I am not sure what other reviews mean by the good customer support. I've been sending them questions for months about their services for business use, and not once have they ever replied. I tried sending questions to different emails - but no luck with a single reply.

Great tool for my business! So easy to use when integrated with QuickBooks.
Lots of customers have commented on have simple it is to use when we send payment links and it cuts out any input errors by the clients 👌🏻

I had a problem with a bank transfer to another company using crezco payment platform, unfortunately the payment was duplicated. I spent nearly two weeks chasing a refund for the duplicated payment with this company with no success so I contacted crezco customer service via email, got a response an hour later, they raised the issue with this company immediately, then only 20 minutes later the issue was sorted.
Later on that day I received my refund from the company. Great customer service. Worth more than 5 stars

The team at Crezco are incredibly helpful and the application itself is invaluable if you are making bulk payments or international payments.

Highly recommend it to anyone especially if you're using Xero as your accounting package.

I was asked to provide an unreasonable amount of information in order to verify my business, through multiple rounds. I had to keep chasing the Crezco reps as there was no proactivity on their part.

After 3 months, the sole feature I was interested in still isn't working for me (international payments).

Beware of Crezco - the whole thing has felt extremely scammy and like a phishing attempt.

Super easy and seamless experience transferring money from Spain to the U.K. I would highly recommend using Crezco for international transfers!

Crezco really simplifies both domestic and payment cross-border payments of customer invoices via open banking. And their customer service is superb in my experience.

We have used the bulk payments with Crezco for a couple of months now for paying wages and it has been great. There have been some teething problems but the support from the team is second to none and I would highly recommend. No high pressure selling and staff are really knowledgeable about the product.

Wow, a seamless journey from receiving a payment request to sending the payment! It only took a few seconds, and even fewer clicks. I wish all my payees would send me Crezco links!

The Crezco open banking link makes light work of payment on my Xero invoices. My clients find it simple and it integrates well with my package. I don't have to pay any extra charges, which really supports me as a growing business. I am delighted with it.

At Fishers we’ve been using Crezco payment links and invoices for the past few months for direct to consumer and business customers. The customer service is excellent and most importantly funds arrives in our bank account on the same day with no fees, a big advantage over some of the classic card machine companies who provide similar services. We look forward to invoicing more through Crezco!
