Crident Reviews 

Crident has done me well, when moving server's had issues with corrupt files and the fact that it isn't 24/7 support does make it difficult but it works still. Besides that things are fine and i enjoying this alot.

Honestly, Crident are one of the most friendly hosts they're allways there to help and no matter how many idiotic questions i ask are willing to help!!
The only reason they lost a star is not really their fault, but the response times for tickets are quite slow (mainly because of timezones) maybe could hire more people from different timezones to counter this.

I’ve been with crident for a year and a bit now and I’ve only had some few problems but as soon as I submitted a ticket and stated my problems they have assisted with very quick solutions and even with some problems that’s we’re slightly more different and more complex problems they had kept me updated with the progress and ensured they had it fixed quickly and effectively

Great Game panel, easy to use, great for hosting Gmod servers.

I host a Garry's Mod server with Crident. I have had nothing but an amazing experience when using them. You really get your bang for your buck. Their support team is fast to respond, and they're EXTREMELY helpful & kind. Best server hoster IMO

It's not the cheapest hosting provider out there but boy does it make up for that. There are a few reasons why I've rated Crident with 4 stars. 1) The staff are down to earth, you get honest responses from their staff and no corporation script crap. 2) The game panel is something like no other, they've really invested in the business buying the open source game panel to suit their needs and to provide an elegant, easy to use user interface for their customers. And 3), Misc Features. No other good hosts provides you with premium 1 click install addons, an actual decent loading screen and their own in house built anti crash script.

I'd definitely recommend Crident. I've come from many other providers who are directly in line with Cridents competitors, and this is the best one yet.

2 things I'd like to see improve however is their client page and how they display billing. I'd like it to be simpler and less generic. I'd like to view previous invoices and upcoming payments, turn auto payment on/off and view the upgrades for my service with the click of a button.

Have to say that this is the best host that I have ordered. This methodology of having to pay for CPU space and ram really kills it on the market since usually, people need to pay for slots. Without paying for slots I can just reserve and X amount of resources to the server.

So I have used some online server hosts but never gotten a good one like crident, Crident has AMAZING support I mean the avarage ticket response 2 hours and 36 minutes!!! Avarage response time on the others were 24 hours and not even good enough support. If you have a problem Crident can help you 100%. They have everything that you need to make a good looking and a professional server.

Never been happier about a host, took me a long time to find what I'm looking for but Crident has it all!

Honestly, The whole idea of selling hardware instead of slots is quite simply the best and the kind of fast support they offer is just so good that i'd have to say it's better then most other companies and considering they actually engage with there community on discord is 10/10! SO overrall i'd rate Crident a big old 10

I would highly recommend using Crident as my friend have used them many times in the past when i helped them create servers and they have tried many different companies but say Crident has far the best support and performance. Overall i highly recommend them.

Crident is an extremely consumer-friendly server host, with an intuitive design, affordable pricing, and locations all over the globe. The developers are extremely active and the support is on-point. Out of the few other options out there these days for Garry's Mod server hosting, Crident is by far the best. We've had nothing but pleasant experiences here.

Crident is the best hosting network you can use. I host two Garry's Mod servers through them and it is very useful when you aren't limited to a certain number of slots. As well as this, their panel is amazing. I have used other hosting networks in the past and honestly Crident's is by far the best. It has a backdoor scanner, automatic FastDL sync, mod installer and a whole array of other unique features. If you want to run a Garry's Mod server, do it with Crident.

That host might be the best i have seen, there is no slot limitations, we can choose a custom order and upgrade/downgrade when we need more or less. the 125% cpu deal is really powerfull and affordable when you find a reduction coupon.

They mixed Garry's Mod service with hosting services!

It's the best mix for fun and learning!

By far the best hosting company for game servers, i just wish they would expand their variety of games to host.

Lousy communication, lousy people skills, the only thing they got going for them is the price. Like a cheap hooker.

- Support staff who can't handle ticket volume, or whats involved in the tickets in general.

- 0 communication with the client when a ticket is placed.

- Rude uncaring staff who would rather start the jerry springer show in their offical discord than de-escalate and solve the problem..

If the one devops staff member hadn't got on and solved my problem (5 days LATER) I would still be up a creek so to speak.
