She was very polite she talkedme through everything and just hope it works thing is I know you’re getting commission of fit but I think that’s quite bad because I need all the money I can get because of the financial abuse that he’s done me

I had a person called Chaymae who was helping me with my claim, they was so helpful and understanding of everything that I had said, the questions were easy to understand and if I didn’t understand a question they would reword it for me to understand what they meant. The process was made easy which is in cases like this is great, helpful an kind, understanding, when I misplaced paperwork it was sent back out with no problem, very good all round

Took longer than expected as there was issues with the photos and I had ro chase them. Once sorted submitted quickly and currently awaiting a decision

They did nothing called me took all my info said they were taking claim, then sent an email to say as discussed we cant process your claim no explanation or reason why but ask me to leave a review 😒so going through my trauma thinking theres a little hope to be let down is quite rude 🙈
