Jason did a great job replacing our kitchen worktops, fitting a new sink/drainer and taps, the finish looks excellent. He also upgraded our under cabinet lighting to modern LED strip lights and installed a new ceiling light above the sink, which makes a big difference. Kane organised everything from quote through to arranging the installation and the whole job ran smoothly from start to finish. Very professional service and we're really pleased with the result.

We are very pleased with the work that Jason did on our french doors and outdoor steps. The doors didn't close properly and were letting in draughts and sometimes even leaking during storms. They now work exactly as they should, we can't feel any air coming in, and we had a big storm the other night with no leaking. The price was fair, and communication with Kane was always clear, prompt, and proactive, including checking in a week after the work to make sure we were happy and offer to do any needed tweaks. We have already started looking around the flat for other jobs we need doing!

I recently used Crimson Property Maintenance for repairs and improvements on my rental property and was very pleased with the results.
