Easy meal service, we reduced our food waste and waste from packaging quite a bit with this. Some great meals.

There should be a rating scale or feedback for each meal so that some popular dishes can come back.

Some produce was wilting and so not that fresh and very cheap hamburger buns provided. More sauce per recipe would be welcomed.

The recipes are very tasty and have a diversity of options. I love that there is no waste!

I have been delighted with Crisper Kits! I appreciate that the kits are not only plant-based, but healthy and made as sustainably as possible. The orders have always been on time and as advertised.

We've been Crisper customers for over three years, and we absolutely love their meal kits. The food is delicious, zero waste, easy prep, and always enough to go around. Crisper is exactly what we wanted in a meal delivery – local, plant-based, and zero waste. The friendly customer support is a bonus, and they even deliver by bike! It's a perfect fit for us, adding variety to our meals and inspiring us to try new things. I've even learned a thing or two about cooking. We're not great at meal planning, but thanks to Crisper, there's always something tasty in the fridge. Highly recommend to everyone – we hope they stick around forever!

I really enjoy the food. It has even encouraged members of my family to eat more veggies because all the meals taste so good. I have received 2 meals a week for almost a year and I have no regrets. I also really enjoy that there is no garbage. Some may not like that you need to rinse the containers but, I don't mind.

Great range of recipes, everything has been super tasty and most are recipes I'll try again on my own. Really appreciate the reusable/returnable packaging and it's great to mix up my meal-prep with no food waste or excesss packaging. Highly recommend

I have been loving Crisper. It is wonderful to have both a plant-based meal service that’s also sustainable! The meals are very versatile and I love how quickly each meal takes. My only complaint, I find the produce and some items don’t stay fresh long and if I don’t make the meals in the first 4-5 days, some products wilt. Maybe there is something I can do to improve this in my end though. Overall , I love the service very much. Thank you :)

Great food, recipes and convenient delivery!

So far my husband and I have enjoyed every meal. The portions are generous and we picked up the 4 servings options so we’d have lunches, as well. One week, a spice mix had been forgotten, but I was informed before I ever noticed and it was delivered right away so I could make that recipe.

Last week and this week, missing ingredients. I have the items in my own pantry, but that's not the point - the reason I buy these kits is to make the whole experience easy and have everything at my fingertips.

The food is good, but it's definitely better when everything is included. These missing items were both seasoning related and, as I find most of the dishes somewhat underseasoned (and I correct for that), not having them in the recipes really didn't help.

So much about the service is great and I'm really glad it's around but I do have a few issues with it. Depending on the dish the portion sizes vary quite a bit, almost making it less economical and possibly not worth the subscription depending on what you choose (the stuffed mushroom cap meal for instance--each serving had 6-7 small mushroom caps). Most of the dishes could use a bit of an extra punch and I find myself adding extra spices and flavour but I know this is a personal preference. The packaging of the meals also varies--greens kept in silicone bags last WAY longer than loose leaves in the mesh bag, you need to be strategic with which meals you eat first because greens will definitely wilt by the end of the week. Overall some of the recipes are great, some a bit middling, none have been terrible. Sometimes it seems like it's worth it, sometimes it seems like it doesn't, just depends!

I have enjoyed the recipes and the recyclable, reusable packaging.
Also, I have found the site easy to use.

The recipes this week were really amazing (from the mushroom veggies to Thai green curry)!

No waste. Fresh veggies. You need two persons and the special tool to open glass jars containing very tasty souses.

Design or procure torque wrench with custom jaws and find the ideal torque to achieve not leaking but open able jar. Mike Cvercko, retired engineer
