Crispins Shoes Reviews

Delivery fast, returns easy. Peiman is very helpful.

I was afraid to take a chance and order some boots being that the store is so far away. However, I took a leap of faith and let me tell you, the shade booties fit me perfectly. I’m a 13 in women’s shoes and the quality of the boot was divine. I’m definitely going to order more shoes from Crispin.

I keep buying shoes from Crispins because I know I get quality and service. I live in the US and their ability to get my order to me in a timely manner is awesome. If very rarely the shoes/boots I have chosen don't fit they are quick to refund me (on receiving returned item).

Excellent customer service and selection of shoes and boots.

Well made shoes which are very comfortable for a large foot. Good designs as well. Very pleased with my purchase. It came very quickly within 3 days. Will certainly look at spring collection. You have to be quick, they sell out of sizes very quickly. It’s the only shop around that caters fo people with large feet.

Wonderful shoes that somehow make my size 42 feet look normal. Miles more stylish than other outsize outlets I have explored. Every website visit a temptation. And efficient delivery too. Thank you!

Efficient. Shoes came when I asked for them to be sent.

Great shoes and fast delivery

Crispin shoes are beautifully made and fit me very well. Bought ankle boots which are so comfortable delighted. Excellent service.

High quality shoes, just as advertised, plus a fast delivery service.

The service is good as it is always. I'm not so happy about the fees I have to pay. For some shoes for Eu 160 I paid Eu 33 for taxes, so I think it was my last time I bought something in England, sorry.

As always delivery was quick, and my lovely slippers arrived well packaged and in good condition.

It is necessary to obtain beautiful and up-to-date high-quality shoes, only missing information about the width of the shoe - which should be double width.

I ordered and tried different sizes from different brands to find what works well for my difficult-to-fit feet. I now have a nice collection of shoes for the year(s) ahead.
With Crispins you do need to pay for your own returns but the fabulous customer service makes up for that. I was able to talk to talk to someone knowledgeable on the phone who gave advice about sizes. I recommend you do that too to save time/money/effort.
They have a terrific selection of European shoes. I have bought a number of times from Crispins online and been very happy.

Quality product

Beautiful designs, high quality, comfortable, trendy shoes. Best place to shop for big sizes.

No stress, fuss or delays. I ordered the shoes from the crispinsshoes.com wesbsite. Didn't have to speak to anyone or go through an overdrawn process. In three days my shoes were delivered. The shoes were as described. They look good and fit well. They were packaged excellently, so there was no delivery damage.

Always a pleasure visiting the London store. A bit pricey, but ‘you get what you pay for’. Amazing selection of shoes, great service and also great sales! I suffer with Lymphoedema, so my feet can vary in swelling. However, I can generally trust Crispins Shoes to come through for me.

Since moving to Ireland I have been shopping on line with Crispins for nearly 20 years. Their shoes are always a perfect fit, take a size 43. Always good quality and must importantly comfortable.
The shoes always arrive promptly and on the odd occasion I return shoes this is always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Also the postage covers all customs duty so no additional costs once you receive them. Whenever I visit the store the staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful. For anyone with large feet this store is an absolute blessing!
