I am so glad that I have found Cristal boutique. I went in for the first time last Saturday and the service was exceptional.
I was spoiled for choice and took a few items to try on. The assistants couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and made suggestions on outfits, it took me back to how shopping used to be.
I bought a pair of the super comfy and flattering jeans and a beautiful desigual shirt which were beautifully packaged up
I was signed up to the loyalty scheme and really enjoyed watching the video of the new stock
Although it is not near me I will be shopping v again either online or in store when I can
Can’t recommend Cristal and the staff enough.

There’s always a warm welcome n the girls will do everything to accommodate n take time to find you something that suits with no pressure whatsoever to buy which I like .They are honest in their opinion and so I leave knowing I will wear it n enjoy it n they will order in a size , style if not in stock . Nothing is too much bother n its just a lovely experience to visit the shop 💚
