I had a large win on fast keno and immediately the result said it was under review and did not get paid for it. Upon contacting support I was told they had to investigate the win. After another 2 weeks they said there was a problem with that draw and it was invalid so no win. I questioned the validity of their claim and they said they would check again. I have emailed support about 8 times asking what is happening and each time they say they are waiting to hear back from the keno provider TVBet. I know the game was valid, a friend of mine was playing the same game on a different casino and he got a small win, the result data says it was a win, the results is still on TVBet's results list and I had also played hundreds of games before and after the win and they were all valid. It has been 7 weeks now and they really just don't want to know about it.

Up until then I would have rated them a 5 star, but I would give them zero now if I could.
