I can't even say it's the absolute worst service I've ever received because I've emailed them 4 times with zero response. They truly are crooks. Their products aren't even good as they fade with ONE WASH. Not to mention it completely shrinks and looks like garage afterwards. If it wasn't for my teen loving the graphics and design, I wouldn't be buying any of this trash. I've tried to find a phone number to call but I can't or I can't see it. I've never been more upset with a company like this. You can be sure that I will never ever buy from this company ever again.

I ordered 7 items from them totaling a few hundred dollars I did recieve it in about 2 weeks but when it arrived I was missing one item but it was marked off of packing list like they put it in there. I contacted their email withing 10min after receiving it which was nov 16th it is now Jan 9th and I have yet got a response back. I have emailed them 3 times and never a response. Completely horrible customer service they don't mind taking your money but clearly have a problem giving you what you ordered or even making good on it

I’d give it 0 stars if possible.. I don’t understand how this company is still open when their online store is such garbage and their customer support is a joke

ordered two item and got delivered after three months, one item is not same which i order they send me wrong item. i emailed to them explained about problem but unfortunately i didn't get any reply from them till now. never ever shop again this brand.

My experience is same as everyone else’s it seems. If I would of read these reviews before I ordered I never would of placed one. Only received part of my order and what they told me was delivered isn’t what was in package, rest of my order still 5 weeks later has not come nor do I have any tracking information other then it was prepared for shipment. When they do reply it’s usually a generic robot reply and when I did get a actual response it was a pathetic excuse and that it’s is prepped for shipment keep eye out for tacking info which I still haven’t gotten. Since then they haven’t replied to me at all. Never again and I will be reporting them to better business

This company is trash! You will never get your order, they will not respond to messages, they will not refund your money,,, and when you finally do get ahold of them they tell you your shipment will go out for delivery soon....which is never does! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wow I’m reading everyone else reviews below and same thing happend to me. I had ordered a limited edition item back before October and never got NO response, instead I got an email 2 months later stating they are sorry they don’t have my item due to a system glitch & had sent me an extremely low credit to make up for it on my next shopping experience. I ended up using the gift card because now Christmas is coming up.. round 2 and silly me.... Christmas is now in 5 days & I had just received the exact same email stating they will not be shipping my items due to a system glitch and gave me ANOTHER low credit for my next shopping experience.... NOT EVEN A REFUND! Shame on you crooks and castles!!!! This is such a shame due to the fact everyone in my house hold, including myself personally enjoy the brand... but I will NEVER spend a single dollar online for this company AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I received and email saying they were unable to ship my order (that I bought in the beginning of OCTOBER) because of a system error. Not only was this a limited time item I will never be able to purchase again but I didn’t receive a single email regarding it until almost 3 months later. Now I’m out a Christmas gift and pissed off. My order I did receive had a blue ink stain/ smudge on a white hoodie.. loosing faith in this company :/

This company is a joke. I'll never buy any of their garbage again. No wonder they almost shut down completely. Ordered in October and still no tracking number. There should be a way for consumers to make things more difficult for scamming garbage like these people to do business. Guess what crooks. You're obsolete. Old news. Your product is overpriced and subpar. You're customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Can't wait to see in the headlines that your company has folded up and it'll only be your fault. dont waste your money people. It's all a scam

The shipping is a little slow due to the holidays and they dont respond well via email but their instagram account dms you back within a couple of days. Items do ship eventually. Mystery box had a few decent items but felt like they were mostly offloading stock that didnt sell well, wonky colors and such.

I’d give a lower review if I could. This company will take your money and either never send your product or send you all the sizes that are not selling. Then They will not respond to any emails!!! This place is definitely full of crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Or, buy and see for yourself. Just go look at their IG comments - 100’s of people having the same issue with them saying “send us a DM” only to leave you on read. This company is a FRAUD

They are diffently crooks probably living in a castle. Ordered items 3 weeks ago and still no order number or tracking. They didn’t have a issue taking my payment though. Stay away from these crooks.

These guys are bad news ordered a bunch of stuff. Got them 2 months later but I have a few missing items contacted them no reply still. It says in their website that shipping is delay and shipping company as well because they are very busy but I have ordered from other places with the same shipping company handling my order and I got them right away. These guys are crooks.

Placed my order Nov, 19 , It arrived Dec 7, East Coast Canada. I tried getting in touch with customer service but was unable, overall I got alot of great items in my mystery box and Im going to order again for sure.

PLACED ORDER IN SEPT. STILL WAITING NO RESPONSE. I WILL PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION. CROOKS. Don’t wAste your hard earned money on this company. They’re reasons they don’t sell this brand in stores anymore.

Terrible terrible terrible they are Crooks, go somewhere else

Ordered a few things oct 8th. Finnally emailed them mid November. No response just a tracking number. Tgen it shows missing two items. Multiple emails with no response. Want my missing items I paid for two months ago. Money was taken right away.

I would give zero if I could. Ordered a few shirts from them Oct 12. They finally sent two.. No tracking.. Didn't even know they were shipped, but still missing one. I paid for it.. But never received it. I've sent numerous emails and only get their automated reply. Getting seriously frustrated. Would not recommend them at all. Horrible customer service!!!

Ordered on October 4th, order is still not fulfilled and can't get a response from Crooks (literally Crooks?) Yet, I still receive promotional texts and emails from them daily. I'm starting to wonder if they're hustling folks for our money and are going to fold again.

*Finally received order on December 15th...yes, 9 weeks later. Customer service NEVER REPLIED ONCE. To top it all off, only 2 out of 4 items are what I ordered! The other 2 are absolutely useless to me smfh. No morals at all..

I placed an order on October 13. It is now November 24. I received an order confirmation, and they have taken my money. However, they have not provided me any shipping details, and the items are still not picked.

Customer service takes WEEKS to respond. Once they did, they said they "moved their factory" and they cannot specify a time that they will ship. They also mentioned that they cannot guarantee that the items are still in stock, and if they are no longer in stock they will issue me store credit. What makes them think I want store credit anyways after this terrible experience.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They keep bombarding me with new promotions, that I would likely purchase if I would have gotten my original order! I am worried that this company is going under and that they're scrambling. Is there anywhere I can go to get my money back and report this as fraudulent?

What a way to blow up an originally decent brand...
