very bad experience. spoke on the phone before placing the order: and the staff mentioned they have the items and should be delivered by Friday (called them on Monday). two weeks later no order and once I called them they say they still have to come in the uk. I asked for a refund and I was told will be received in 3-5 days. two weeks later I have to chase them again for it.

Had a problem with a delivery of knives, brought it to the company's attention . 12 New knives arrived today . Sorted Well done that is how to do customer service , no quibbles, procrastination or ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away thank you.

We've been using Crosby's for the last year and I have to say they have been exceptionally helpful.

Their knowledge is second to none and what's most important, they care about their customers and their needs.

It's been an absolute pleasure to do business, especially with Jess and the store team.

If you need anything from this company allow 6 months delivery. Whatever they advertise online it’s not their live stock they wait for their suppliers to deliver it to them and then to the customer, both times I placed an order it took months to come and most annoying is that the customer service doesn’t see what the big deal is., that’s what I’ve been told!

Despite my order being two months old and payment being taken by Crosbys at time of order, there is no sign of my goods. What's more, the company does not respond to repeated emails and now the company is closed according to someone who answered the phone today.
It should be no surprise to Crosbys or anyone else when super-efficient online firms sweep up their business with impeccable customer service and on-time delivery.

3 emails and 1 Facebook message so far - starting to regret not reading the reviews before placing an order. I have had NO response from this company, despite multiple contacts. They took my money pretty quickly, but as for the goods I paid for......nothing.
I can't call the customer service appalling - because there isn't any. I honestly don't understand how a company operates this way. The smallest update goes such a long way. Radio silence is not a satisfactory way of dealing with things. I only placed a small order, and I really shouldn't have bothered.
I have used multiple Catering and Cleaning Supply companies in the past - NEVER have I experienced anything like this. Galleon Supplies, Nisbets, We Can Source It - all are outstanding and highly recommended when compared to this shower.
If anyone is still tempted to buy from this company - take time to read the reviews and frankly, don't waste your time, or your money.

Ordered on the 4th September nothing to show for it but only called over a month later because kind of forgot. I was told it hadn't been packed yet but now they will! I actually got the parcel a couple of days later (21st October..) but honestly why did I have to chase it up like that obviously not a very functioning company......

After few satisfied orders I am now left with no money and no order, which was placed over a month ago. Very limited contact with customer service, some replies to my emails saying they have products in stock and it will be dispatched, and some emails left with zero response. Very dissapointed with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
