I was able to specify a touring setup for my Gravital bike and David fitted it with the pannier carrier I required. My son is a very strong rider and he set a blistering pace for our ride. Thanks to the pedal assist and light weight of the Crow bicycle I was able to keep up with him over a considerable distance.
During the tour I was able to communicate directly with Crow whenever I needed assistance to learn new features and overcome any problems.
Crow bicyles provides excellent personalized service that cannot be matched by the large conglomerates. They have a unique product and offer timely support.

On Feb 23rd I ordered a Fazua 250X battery for my Trek E-Caliber 9.6. cost $521.00. Here it is May 4th and no battery received. Crow e-mailed that the battery had been shipped with FedEx tracking number 771952676277 and that the battery had been delivered on 3 May. Not so, no battery has arrived.

I bought the Crow Gravital UL 2 LTD and am absolutely convinced and would buy it again at any time. Components can be customized after ordering. (cassette, wheels, handlebars) My handlebar was changed for a carbon version free of charge, and there was a T-shirt and other gimmicks in the box as a gift. (Thanks David) The bike is awesome. Of course it suits me perfectly now. Shipping time is about three days. All you have to do is add the front wheel, the saddle and the handlebar and then you have a gravel bike that is perfect for me. Everything from the order to the finished bike deserves five stars here!

Habe das Crow Gravital UL 2 LTD gekauft und bin absolut überzeugt und würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen. Bauteile kann man nach Bestellung per Chat anpassen lassen. (Kassette, Räder, Lenker) Mein Lenker wurde kostenfrei gegen eine Carbon Version getauscht und als Geschenk lag ein T-Shirt und andere Gimmicks im Karton. (Danke David) Das Fahrrad ist der Hammer. Passt natürlich jetzt perfekt zu mir. Versandzeit ist etwa drei Tage. Man baut nur noch das Vorderrad, den Sattel und den Lenker ein bzw. an und dann hat man ein für mich perfektes Gravel Fahrrad. Alles von Bestellung bis zum fertigen Fahrrad hat hier fünf Sterne verdient.

Me ha gustado sobre todo el asesoramiento que he recibido sobre la bicicleta que quería adquirir (talla, componentes, etc.). Se nota que son profesionales y amantes del ciclismo. En cuanto a la bicicleta, una maravilla. Tremendamente ergonómica, sobre todo el manillar, no muy estético, pero comodísimo. Muy ligera de peso, cubiertas eficientes en asfalto y pista de tierra con gravilla y con el motor empujando lo necesario (modo breeze). El embalaje perfecto y fácil montaje.

Produktfeedback kann ich noch nicht geben, da ich das Rad erst heute bekam.
Eines ist sicher: TNT ist kein guter Logistikpartner. Aber das wissen sie schon.

I have just taken delivery of my Crow Gravital UL2, it's been quite a journey, supported all the way with excellent communication and customer services from the team in Madrid. The bike arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, needing only for me to attach the front wheel and handlebars, adjust the seat slightly and top up the battery. Getting to this point has been a bit of a challenge for all concerned, despite the global supply chain issues and other challenges that face both established traditional bike and other D2C retailers, some more established, Crow have really come through with the goods. Although I’ve not ridden far yet this is my first gravel bike in over 50 years of riding all types of different bikes, the geometry feels great and the riding position good too, ready for all sorts of adventures. Of course, the bike simply looks gorgeous too and has completely met my expectations in this department as well as the quality of finish and details.

I received my Crow two weeks ago and I could not be more satisfied with this ebike. I use it to commute daily and compared to my previous tradicional bike the improvement is amazing.
But over all, the best of this purchase is the company Crow. They have been very hepful and kind all the process. I asked them for a very specific componet on my crow and did all they could to get it as i wanted

Machine arrived beautifully packed and was simple to complete the assembly.
Impressive riding handling characteristics and the ability to tailor the Fauza motor profile to exact riding needs.
Looking forward to having some extended riding now the Crow is ready to fly...

Great bike I just love riding it. I have been mountain biking for more than 30 years and this is my first gravel bike. Very comfortable and efficient bike, it is light and nimble. I just fly with it in the dust roads. Congrats to the Crow team for developing such a great gravel bike.

J'ai du être patient pour obtenir la livraison de mon Gravel, mais c'est dû au fait que ce projet démarrait d'une feuille blanche et on ne crée pas un vélo en quelques mois.
Maintenant que j'ai été livré, je peux dire que je suis entièrement satisfait du résultat point de vue qualité et fonctionnalité du moteur notamment.

Un gravel racé, vif, de couleurs dynamiques, très bien équipé, conçu et mis au point par des professionnels du cyclisme. Bref, un beau projet mené à terme, avec brio. Restez vigilants...les crows sont là maintenant !
