Ordering online was easy and chat person was helpful with questions I had. And delivery was great, received it when expected.

I emailed them several times before finally placing an order. Each time (3 times plus also asked a 4th time in the order notes) I asked for even just a rough estimate of timeframe, each time that question was missed or ignored. Product is still on its way, but our business is closed for the easter holiday. Hopefully they will redeliver after the holiday and not just leave the package there. All of this could have been avoided by simply answering the question.

Very quick response time and super easy to deal with. Was also flexible in that we were able to ship to our location using our own freight service! Ordered and received within just a couple days. Would highly recommend!

The only issue I had was the Black Bullet Bracket topper, which said it supported 1/4" material but it did not, we ended up having to file down the opening to fit a 1/4" sign panel. Everything else looked and worked out great.

I bought steel barricades from them over 6 months ago and they are working like new to this day! They have a good build and a high quality galvanized finish that makes them rust resistant and has given me no issues. I would recommend these steel barricades to anyone looking for a long lasting rust resistant barricade

Overall the order was good and the company was easy to work with. I am giving 3 stars because not all of the items are in good condition out of the packaging. Some of the feet bolt holes were drilled sideways, causing the feet to not sit directly correct. This is unfortunate. As I said, everything else has been good except for the quality of some of the legs.
