A few offerings end up not taking off of curtailed but even with these interest usually secured.

Unbelievable.An email claiming to have paid over a £million in interest to investors. Mmm no mention of the £millions lost to investors in Amicus Loans ‘backed by property assets’ which after 3 years of administration left Crowdstacker investors with a total loss of their capital.

I have two investments with this company one of which was due to have been repaid in 2020 and another should have be due for repayment this December which it now seems will not be paid. I know that there is risk but to lose the whole investment twice shows that extreme care should be taken before considering investing with them. Updates from them just seem to be repetative postponements

My experience of losses is down to me as I chose the failed companies that others have cited earlier.

I do get a strong perception that Crowdstacker have been taken for mugs but they keep their fees for what transpires to be totally inadequate due diligence.

I also believe that the regulatory regime will eventually rule P2P defunct as it did with companies charging usurious rates of interest to innocent borrowers.

My advice is steer clear of investing with this company. We all know the risks but when you read funds secured against assets and low, loan to book values, you think if it goes wrong then you will recover most if not all your funds. WRONG. Three separate investments all went into administration. Still waiting for any resolution. Is this pure bad luck or a lack of due diligence by Crowdstacker?

anyone who invests with this company really needs their head examined, got two investments with them lonpro and authentic alehouse probably lost the lot, please listen to what people are saying about them

As many others, I lost a large sum of money. They are supposed to be providing updates. The last update for my Amicus loan says "We will update you again on or before the end of August 2022". It's now March 2023 and they've remained silent. It seems the administrators are dragging out the process so they can extract every last penny before investors receive anything. I was only expecting a small fraction of my investment back anyway, but something would have been nice.

I have made several investments through this company and would not make another. One of my investments should have been repaid 3 years ago (Burningnight loans) but several court cases later with liquidators the investors are no further forward receiving their money. My issue with this investment is the securities Crowstacker said they held over the loans, they didnt have and still dont have after the court cases. The other investment Loanpro should have been repaid nearly 2 years ago. We have received several updates from crowdstacker blaming everything from covid to the current issue of slow property market. The majority of the investments Crowstacker are currently advertising are property investments. As they are not paying out on a property investment would you put your money in another?

Please i beg people don't put your money with these guys. Any security you have is bottom of the pile to anyone else. Burning night Authentic Alehouse and now Lonpro have laid waste to over 12k of investment. How they cant see they are being taken for mugs, even after beefing up their due diligence a few years back, bafflers me.

I have nine separate investments obtained through Crowdstacker and they are all performing well. I would recommend studying the information packs for each investment opportunity and, more importantly, the people behind each company. If you have any doubts then don't invest in that company but wait for a different investment to come along.

My dealings with crowdstacker so far have always been very satisfactory and I have been particularly pleased with the updates and general correspondence regarding my investments past and present, long may it continue.

Early to be licensed to offer IFISAs wrongly, two investments in 2017/18 both in administration, lost £20k so far unless they pull a belated rabbit out of the hat, advice to any potential investor ..... avoid like the plague, they are soft on borrowers and let them take other secured loans elsewhere taking precedence over our invested funds. A seemingly niaive company who will lose all your funds so stay clear of them

Class action against “Crowdstacker” anyone? I have got £11,663.52 worth of useless investments (“LonPro” & “Burning Night” developments) organised through these jokers in 2016 & 2018 (ongoing). I believe they pay lip service to due diligence and kicking the can down the road on bad loans appears to be their business model. They claim to be trying to get my money back but I don't believe or trust them. I think they have been negligent & incompetent. Beware.

I have in the past invested and made good returns with Crowstacker and also a shareholder, however I feel that it has lost momentum and promised products not come to fruition. Current offerings seem weak

Do not have any dealings with this company. It specialises in lending to property developers. On the face of it your money is safe because of so-called ‘warranties’ detailed in the brochures used to market the investments. But the warranties (eg a first charge over the assets of the borrowers) are not as secure as they seem. I’ve lost money by investing in Amicus (a boutique bank lending to property developers) and in Authentic Alehouses (pub refurbishment business).
There is no point complaining to Crowdstacker or taking your complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority. Provided Crowdstacker tell you in their literature that there is a risk in investing in their products this is sufficient to fireproof them against the regulators in the event that the businesses in which you invest go under.
At a time when property prices are rising sharply, Crowdstacker have done the impossible and made substantial losses for their clients.

Very happy with Crowdstacker. Saved with both Quantas and Amicus. Got good returns. All queries answered in a timely manner.

I put 15k into Amicus through Crowdstacker for my daughter. It appears that the owners of Amicus loaned Crowdstacker money before Crowdstacker promoted Amicus. Amicus is now in administration.If this is the case was that legal?Avoid at all cost unless you like loosing money.
