Great Booking Experience With Paul
Paul was very helpful in explaining the cruise and all it entails. It gave me assurance to go ahead with the booking, although I have never used Cruise2.com before. As Paul explained a confirmation email would follow which it has, explaining all what Paul had discussed.

Total Incompetence
Having booked and received my travel documents which have many incorrect pickup times for transfers, one completely missing and flight baggage not as agreed I am at my wits end as leaving on 2nd January 2026 with no return calls since 11th December in response of reported errors backed up with emails I cannot portray my frustration as do not have the time to keep chasing something that should have been immediately sorted on being advised which causing a lot of stress!!!!

Alterations to flights
Following details received of my flights I asked if possible instead of travelling from and back to Manchester if it would be possible for our cruise package to start and finish from Newcastle. Kevin was excellent and sorted this for me very quickly and efficiently. This will save us so much time, expenses etc and cannot praise him enough. Cannot wait now for our cruise from Miami ending in Lima via Panama Canal and onwards to Cusco to visit Macchu Picchu. Will review when I return!
