Love the Products but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Ordered items to fix my existing shower head & newly purchased items on 24/10 my delivery took a few weeks to come, a large amount of the items were missing, after numerous emails requesting updates I am yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution in the way of a refund for the missing purchased items, I have had to resort to opening a PayPal case. It is impossible it seems to get a hold of anyone under their preferred contact method of email or via their website contact us form. Disappointing really considering the products are good ones & I have a lack of confidence in ordering the items again to fix a problem with my existing shower head.

A great company.
This is a great company and product. There was a delivery problem for replacement crystals. Once the company was informed they immediately sent out a replacement pack for me which arrived quickly. The problem was with Royal Mail not the company. The crystals really do boost the shower flow too!

I 100% recommend the shower head it’s been 10 days I really like how it’s look 😊 tiny little Cristal, made my skin and hair softer. I was looking something like this for so long but everything was too expensive and needed space to put big machine for soften the water. Now I feel happy my water is not hard anymore. I already told three of my close friends to get one.

Fab shower head
I’ve been wanting to try the Crystal Shower head for a while but was a little bit skeptical. Finally purchased one and I’m so glad I did. It does not disappoint. The main reason for purchase is because I suffer with eczema and since using, my eczema has definitely improved. My skin doesn’t seem as agitated and as result of less scratching, looks less red and aggressive. Will definitely be repeat purchasing.

This shower head doesn't work at all
This shower head doesn't work at all, the pressure only works if the head is right next to the pipe - othwewise, there is no water coming out of it at all.
Would not recommend at all.

According to our records you have only bought the Crystal Stones and not the Crystal Showerhead. This is possibly why you are not seeing the results you expected. We recommend you use the stones with our Crystal Showerhead in order to get the most out of your purchase.
Nevertheless, may we ask, do you normally suffer from weak water pressure?
The Crystal Showerhead uses precise laser cut holes - far smaller than the average shower - which force water out at a faster rate. It is this increase in velocity that creates a stronger water pressure flow. Think of it like putting your thumb over the end of a hose pipe - the water goes from a gentle pour to a powerful spray.
Unfortunately it is impossible to significantly improve a household's water pressure if it is already particularly weak - in order to conclusively solve this, the household's water pump and boiler are the main points of improvement.
