Very professional friendly and always given good advice

First time having the ear wax removing so i was a little apprehensive but I was welcomed by Rebecca who talked me through the procedure.
The procedure lasted about 20 minutes and once done I could tell the difference.. I no longer had any discomfort.
The only problem I have now is I can hear when I'm being moaned at more clearer. If you are looking for a similar procedure I would highly recommend.

Rebecca is so friendly and makes you feel very relaxed. Her professionalism is obvious as she gently examines you, explains any problems and answers any questions you might have.
Finally she carefully clears your blocked ears and you feel amazing.
