More than 1 week after order I have received nothing and no indication when (or if) i will get what I paid for.

The company themselves are great quick turnaround and gret products but the shipping could do with improvement I have checked the tracker fir over a week and there's no update at all, I mean that's more royal mails problem but still frustrating

When my citrine bracelet arrived it made me realise that perhaps other crystal bracelets I have are not in fact real? This bracelet feels like real crystal, more clunky, glasslike, bright absolutely highly polished and vibrant, plus I have been attracting more money in my life. It is so much nicer than in the photos.

I appreciate that a good description of the crystals (healing strengths/qualities) is included online making choice more meaningful if purchasing for either yourself or an extra special gift for someone else.
