Job done to perfection. Looks great, and the new front door and side windows match completely with the windows replaced around the rest of the house over previous years by Crystal. A real high-quality finish, built to last, fitted expertly in a surprisingly short time; clean and courteous.

I am delighted with my new front door. This is the third time I have used Crystal, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Pricey, but worth every penny for quality products, efficient workmanship, and decent aftercare. Will definitely use again, and one day my house will be perfect!

This is the second time that we have had new windows installed by Crystal. We were delighted with their work 12 years ago and so had no hesitation in going back to them for our latest house. Once again we have been delighted with the price, the efficiency of the work carried out and the quality of the product. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in giving them once again a 5* rating.

Really happy with my experience with Crystal Windows. From the sales rep coming out to the actual installation, the whole thing took less than two weeks which was brilliant. The installers were professional, friendly, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. The new windows look great and feel really good quality, and I’ve noticed the house feels warmer already and there’s even a bit less noise from outside. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Crystal Windows.

This is the second time we've used Crystal Windows, and they didn't disappoint. They are quick, efficient and the workers that actually carry out the work are lovely too. I don't think I have one negative to share! They forgot to add the number to our door but organised to get this fixed right away. Such a smooth, easy experience and we love the work they've done.

The installation quality seems fine and the windows look good,
but after doing some research I realised the same Liniar A+11 casement system is available from other FENSA installers at almost £1,000 less.

I feel the initial quote from Crystal was quite inflated and not transparent enough.
The service team was polite, but I’d appreciate more honest pricing for future customers.

We had a very interesting experience with this company. A representative came to our house, measured the windows, and we decided on gray windows with a simple design. We were replacing two bedroom windows and one small bay window in the living room.

This man spent two hours in the morning talking nonsense about basic plastic windows — it honestly felt like he thought we had never seen such windows before, which was really funny. They gave us a quote for £16,500. It was such a shock that I couldn’t help but laugh. What was this guy thinking? Did he really believe we were complete fools who had no idea what windows cost?

The next day, we received a message saying they could offer us a significant discount, but of course, we didn’t want to have anything to do with this company.

In the end, we went to another large company (using Rehau windows), where we ordered gray windows with a more expensive design, and the total price came to £6,000. Just think about it — this first company tried to overcharge us by £10,000!

We used Crystal Windows and doors to replace the front windows and facia boards.
The two fitters were on time, tidy and efficient.
Would certainly recommend crystal Windows.

Straight forward, friendly and professional. Every stage of the process from first evaluation to implementation and payment has been clear and fair. I really appreciate the patience in advice given where needed and simple language used when things got too technical for me. Completed just over time frame agreed upon, but was advised on reasons and communication throughout was excellent. I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 as I would have liked a one stop shop but did not cover all aspects of my new kitchen eg. Flooring (not offered) or re-tiling (understandably, available at extra cost and time).

They were able to upgrade my outside garage with replacement windows, door and garage door. I am so happy with what they have done. All the workmen used were professional and experienced in their craft. I will always recommend them.

Crystal recently installed two new windows at my house- from start to finish the whole process was excellent.
Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at every stage, they also were punctual and the installation was carried out to the agreed schedule.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Crystal Windows

We're very happy with our finished product – 1 set of bay windows, 2 sets of French doors, and 2 sets of casement windows – and we think it's ended up being decent value for money (final cost was £7.5k).
The only minor issues were around the original prices quoted (over £17k discounted from £21k) and the fact that it took more than the original 2 days of installation and we ended up having 4 separate days to complete the work.
But overall, the entire experience was positive and we would recommend Crystal Windows to friends and family!

I have used Crystal before. So when it came to 'finishing the job' by adding a set of patio doors and re-doing the front porch, the competition already had a high bar to meet. The sales function was as slick and as ever, but I didn't get compromised on a great deal, for which I am grateful.

From the point of signing to the work commencing was almost indecently hasty but that too was negotiable and the work was completed extremely rapidly, to a high standard and with zero mess.

I'm not really sure about the shift of finance arrangements to a third-party (Novuna) particularly in light of the fact that I didn't need a never-never arrangement. The arguments to do this came across as flimsy at best. Speaking as a return customer, their product and expertise is such that I doubt that I'd have to worry about them going our of business anytime soon.
