Great experience from start to finish. The team from sales (Clive) to fitting and installation (Gary and Mason) were helpful and professional. The windows were fitted perfectly and the quality is so good. One of the glass accidentally broke during installation and the engineer (Jordan) came and fitted it as soon as it was convenient for me. The scaffolding was up and removed seamlessly. The team in the office were so helpful through the process. I have noticed a big difference with the heat retention and the quality is superb.

My new porch was completed in one day and rubbish taken away.

From start to finish everything was plain sailing. The salesman & the surveyor were great. Everything arranged to be installed the next week after purchase. On the day, the installers turned up on time and did not stop working all day. Great job done by them. My windows and French doors look fantastic! I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Windows to everyone.

We was really happy with the service from start to finish. The sale rep accommodated a time that was suitable for us and when he arrived he was polite, explained all our options and we didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. The surveyor was also polite, arrived on time and provided answers to all our questions. The fitters respected our home coving our carpets and wearing shoe covers as an addition to keeping them protected. They got on with the work, no bother, cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way it was found. Overall, we was really impressed. My only issue was being called Mr and Mrs via their email communications when we are Mrs and Mrs which they were aware of. Taking the time to edit a standard template can go far in customer service.

We had a new roof fitted on our conservatory as the original one was dripping with condensation during cold weather. We had many quotes which we felt were exorbitant but when the rep came to discuss a new roof with us he was excellent. There wasn’t any pressure from him to go with Crystal and he explained everything. I’m sure he was glad to leave as my husband asked so many questions. The engineers who came to measure the roof were very good and when they fitted the new panels they did it in no time and totally cleaned up after their was work was finished. From the representative to the fitting of the panels was stress free. We now have a conservatory that we can use all year round. Thank you Crystal.

I have been in the Air conditioning business for over 50 years and the installation carried out by Bill is without doubt one of the best I have seen.
I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone who wants a good all round service right from sales,survey and installation.

I recently had my doors changed and I’m extremely pleased with the result. The work was carried out to a high standard, with great attention to detail. The team was professional, punctual, and tidy throughout the process. The new doors have really improved both the look and security of my home. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

I like my new front door and accompanying window and door for the gas and electric meters a good choice. It's noticeably warmer when the heating is on in the corridor leading to the front door. The price for all this though was disappointing.

I am impressed with the finished product! The salesperson was very helpful, thoughtful and made sure that what we discussed, even verbal, was done. The fitters were professional, yet friendly and easy to communicate with. The price was a bit steep, but so is everything at the moment.
I am happy with the work from start to finish.

Excellrnt service very happy with product

Quick and easy instructions of the doors and windows. From start in under 20 days. The lovely thing is at end of the install I paid of the balance. I don’t like owing money to someone’.🙂 Not the cheapest nor the most expensive ether. The prices suited me. I no longer have to wipe down the condensation on the windows as I had to with our other windows. Like the ventilation system on the doors and windows and to know that the locks can’t be bumped open, door locks are hardened so it’s harder to drill out.
The two fitter’s were first rate, and knew what needed to be done. They worked cleanly and cleared up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was friendly , no pressure at all . We had time to consider the cost and chose to go with Crystal .
the engineers that carried out the work were polite and cleaned any mess created .

Original price quoted was over 3x the price of quoted given by anybody else. It was then dropped immediately by over £2000. Within 24 hours that price had been dropped again to over a third off the original price, but still double what others were quoting. Then received a letter with this “trade discount” price. Very intense communication.

This sales strategy felt very old school and dishonest and I would never use Crystal windows because of this. There are people who would take that original “discounted” price trusting a larger familiar brand, and it’s a rip off sales technique.

We recently contacted Crystal Windows for a quote on some home improvements. While we ultimately decided not to move forward with the project at this time, I felt it was important to share how impressed I was with their professionalism.
​The experience was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies in the industry. Here is why I would recommend them:
​Zero Pressure: At no point did we feel "cornered" into making a decision. They gave us the space we needed to think things through without the typical aggressive follow-up calls.
​Complete Honesty: The representative was transparent about lead times, materials, and what would realistically work for our home’s layout.
​Value-Focused: They were incredibly helpful in trying to find the best possible deal for our budget, looking for ways to save us money without compromising on the quality of the potential install.
​If you are looking for a window company that treats you with respect and operates with total transparency, I highly recommend giving them a call. We will certainly keep them at the top of our list for any future work.

Avoid at all costs.

Disgusting sales tactics. We let them know multiple times we are shopping around for quotes and they wouldn't take no for an answer. They ruined me and family's evening, constantly emotionally manipulating and scaring us into accepting the quote. The salesman in particular spent over 2 hours in our house, refusing to take no for an answer. Then guilt tripping us for not accepting the ridiculously priced product, because he spent 'two hours of his time' explaining everything to us. This is his job by the way. For reference, we have since gone with another company 1/4 of the price this stupid company was suggesting. Then they proceeded to call us every single day for 2 weeks, constantly lowering the price. It started off at £8000, then somehow got down to £4000. Corrupt and disgusting company. Additionally, he kept pushing for us to finance despite us telling him multiple times we don't want to do that. Oh and by the way, if they say they will only come to your house with both homeowners there, it's because they don't want you to turn around and say "oh i need to check in with my partner before agreeing to a quote." He said so himself. I would ever recommend this company. Awful through and through.

Turned up on time, really nice guys, did the job very well, cleared all mess and it was a stressless experience.
