Cskwraps Reviews

Wrong colour supplied, product peeled off of van within 1 week of applying.

Replacement product delivered, which I paid for, despite the peeling not being my fault. Turned out to again completely different colour. Complained and was told that it's like wallpaper and comes in different batches. Never heard such crap in the entire 22 years we have being doing this!!!

Again complained and ordered more of the same colour so the balance of the vehicle matched. Again funded by myself, despite the peeling not being my fault, nor being supplied the wrong colour. Then to be sent half of the ordered length!

At no point during this entire process has this company offered liability for supplying the wrong colour, wrong length, poor quality product!

Scammers. Ordered a roll, paid for premium delivery. Never arrived. Emails to Alex ignored. Give these clowns a wide berth.

The vinyl is of exceptional quality. It exhibits remarkable elasticity, making it a pleasure to work with. The packaging was meticulous, ensuring the vinyl's safe arrival in a protective tube. The delivery to London was remarkably swift, arriving on the second business day.

To call themselves "premium" is a bold faced lie

If you want rigid, no durability, no stretch, hard to work with wrap.
Buy csk wraps.

Tried to wrap a mx5 with this wrap, after 24 hours over 2 days of work getting it laid out, horrific experience, worst wrap I've ever worked with and it's already peeling up.

Ordered midnight purple wrap for my car, went on like a dream and looks so amazing just like painted colour, thank you csk wraps!

Ordered Isle of Man green vinyl and received a completely different shade of green, however the colour did look good so decided to use it anyway. after wrapping the car I ordered a little more to redo a panel, this time they sent the correct colour but after trying to contact them to get the colour I originally received I have been ignored. Do not use

Awful company
First wrap I ordered didn’t stick back down if you had to move it.. ignored my messages.
Mistakably ordered through eBay off them again and the wrap let water in and ruined the wrap, guess what ignoring me again.
Avoid

Only giving this one star as I can't give zero. Ordered some sample wraps and didn't receive them. They won't answer the phone and it took a week to respond to emails. Said they would resend my order and I've still not received it. Still no response from them.

Definitely will not use again, no after sales customer service what so ever. I need an invoice for an order but no one ever gets back to you. No one answers the phones or emails. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

The vinyl is poor quality and will take your paint of the vehicle when trying to adjust.

Sent back the terrible quality vinyl, as instructed on the website, recorded delivery. Never refunded, don't respond to email, calls etc.
AVOID.

Very speedy delivery and prompt refund, I am happy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 100% SCAM!!
Absolutely terrible! Lost over £300 as nothing was delivered! Reported immediately but no help from them, apart from phone the police.

Never been spoken to in such a way these have spoke to me. I will be reporting to trading standards and also my bank for fraud.
they take your money and you receive nothing.

Absolutely dreadful!

Quality is shocking…vinyl cannot be cut without it lifting off the backing tape. Doesn’t stick well.

First email I sent I was told to tape the vinyl to the backing paper 🙈

I emailed again and never got any reply!

Terrible company
Must be a drug front because there products and service are disgustingly bad. No reply to emails, says products will be sent out in 1 business day, took 10 days. Got the tint and it wasn't workable, was damaged on arrival and didn't even stick to the glass. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Cheap crap wrap Iv overpaid for crap, £30 for a roof wrap and Iv ripped it all off. Soild-no stretch what so ever. Just rubbish product.

terrible service, the deadlines of 3-4 days are a lie, I've been waiting 15 days for the order number and nothing, if the product will arrive I already have my doubts

DO NOT BUY CSK - THEY ARE COMPLETELY MIS-SELLING THEIR PRODUCT.

I bought the gloss carbon fibre wrap and one day after installing there was moisture in between the layers of carbon. Turns out it’s because their carbon fibre isn’t even suitable for outdoor use! Ale came back to me after my email and assured me the problem would go away on its own. Months later the problem is still there and the vinyl needs stripping and binning. Many emails and phone calls and I’m just being ignored.

Also the vinyl is not a true cast and is not comfortable at all. And is not ‘bubble free’ either, does not have the air release liners that the proper vinyl manufacturers have.

Very thick and inflexible product. Just wasted £19 trying to protect the wrap that I bought from them a few months back. I tried to overlay the black brushed aluminium which I was using on my car tread plates because they were wearing. May work on bodywork but not for my project

Time to start answering the phone and your emails. My delivery was late when I paid for next day delivery. When I tried the phone (repeatedly) it just rang and rang. This happens every time you call the number. No response to emails either, although my order mysteriously appeared after several emails complaining it was late. Now all I want is the paperwork to go with the order, but there seems very little chance of getting that. It wouldn't be so bad if the vinyl was good quality, but it went straight in the bin because it was terrible!
