Great value fast shipping

Great is a little bit of an exaggeration, really good is better.
Some items spend too much airtime, 10 to 15 minutes would be less boring.
A greater verity of items would attract greater interest in my opinion ex. 30 minutes of P & D quarters puts me to sleep.

My sales representative Jeff has always been fantastic! CSN on the other hand, has fallen short of expectations. I've been a loyal customer for many years and as a result of this 250th anniversary continuity plan I'm seriously considering giving up coin collecting.
The problems.
The first problem is outside of the continuity plan for the 250th anniversary coins. That problem is the fact that they allow six to eight weeks for delivery but most of the time it's much longer. The claim on TV is that they have the coins already. If you have the coins, then deliver the coins.
The next problem is that when we are sold these roles of coins in the CSN wrapper I suspect those coins are sorted. So the customer gets whatever CSN doesn't want to get graded. It's very disappointing when those coins arrive and you can see that they're not in the condition that they show on TV. The advertisements show nice bright shiny coins. Unfortunately that's not necessarily what you get. Another issue is when the half dollars were presented on TV in the ANACS holders, there were no signs of the seal nor the moisture look that it presented. When the half dollars came it appeared as though there was moisture inside with the coin. In subsequent purchases of the dimes and nickels the coins were in the same condition, which in my opinion is not acceptable. If you're paying a premium to get graded coins in perfect condition, in a perfect holder, it shouldn't appear as though there's moisture captured with the coin in the capsule. I sent the half dollars back and was not reimbursed for my shipping cost. Nor was there a plan to reimburse me for my shipping costs. Therefore I kept the nickels and dimes.
Another issue was the fact that I could listen to my representative as he filled out the order form online, then when the order finally did arrive the orders for two suddenly turned into one. Therefore I only got half of what I actually ordered. This has happened at least twice.
Finally at the end of the day the cost of these coins has risen so significantly that the value is just not there. I'm not sure who determines the price point, but apparently they've decided that they're going to price the regular person out of the market. Think about it, is the average person going to spend $1,000 for a coin just to keep in their dresser drawer? I understand the cost of blanks and grading rise, it just seems disproportionate to the value of the product.

This was the easiest I've ever had ordering precious metals. I have been buying silver and gold for many years now through several dealers. This experience was so quick and simple I was a little confused. This was my first purchase here and will not be my last.

From order to deliver takes to long since you have my payment week's a head

Sent wrong Dime.roll. I ordered 5 sets of 2026 dime.rolls p and d mint marks and I got 4 rolls of d mint mark and 6 rolls of p mint mark. I called and was told I would receive a mailing label for the by email. That was several days ago and I have received no communication and yes I checked my spam email. I have found in the past that CSN communication is poor and order shipping is very slow

Ordered a couple limited edition 1776 - 2026 silver eagles in late June. Finally received in late August but I guess this is normal for this company - even though I live in the same state. Eagles are gorgeous, packaged and presented well. I'm pleased with the coins but became impatient - too used to Amazon I guess.

The ease of making the purchase, usually in stock and mail within couple of days. Their personal service if you call in is outstanding. The staff is Knowledgeable, they know the products and answer every question.
I would give the entire staff with A Five Star rating. I have been collecting for over 40 years….. these folks are the Best in coin collecting.
I will be extremely proud to pass my collection on to my grandson.
