I did a survery for a dog kennel for 10 dollars from tractor supply not a membership at your website. You guys are really bad people i have reported the charges from multiple different websites. Insane.

So not quite sure exactly what this was all about to be honest I’d received an email which caused me alarm and concern because I never signed up or purchased let alone heard of said company so reached out explaining I think there’s a misunderstanding which the representative was super helpful looked into everything and was able to refund me without further issues or escalation so am pretty impressed with how quick and affective customer service support was in responding and communicating!

Kenny was very prompt and efficient upon processing my requests and emails. I appreciated the fact that I got a response within 24 hours and a thorough explanation and reassurance I’m so used to sub par communication from companies that I didn’t see it at first but your company and Kenny are a very pleasant and accommodating exception.

I was tricked into this on Facebook claiming tractor supply was giving dog kennels away for only $10. The link brought me to your page to pay the $10 fee and never once said it was a subscription payment. Make it right and refund that money and I’ll change my review
