BEWARE!!! They will NOT DO RETURNS!! I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Cult Mia’s customer service. I received an item that had a clear issue, and despite providing photos and videos multiple times, their team repeatedly requested additional photos and videos over and over again without making meaningful progress toward a resolution.
The process felt unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating, especially given that the defect was clearly visible from the information already provided. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue, it seemed like every response generated another request for more documentation.
As a customer, I expect a company to stand behind the products they sell and handle concerns efficiently and fairly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Cult Mia. Due to the lack of support and the amount of time and effort required to address a straightforward issue, I would never purchase from Cult Mia again and advise you not to.

Misleading pictures
This dress is wayyyy shorter than it looks in pictures. It hit just past my knees vs near the ankles like it looks in images and I’m only 5’4. The fringe is also way thicker and puffier in person. It looks like it’s thin sort of swingy fringe here and on the Montsand website but it is soooo puffy in person it’s not very flattering. It’s also more of a tan/off white and the fabric is sparkly, which you also can’t tell in the pictures. It’s advertised as white and it looks white in pictures but it’s definitely not white. Overall I found the photos of the dress to be extremely misleading compared to how it looks in person. It’s made to order so it’s not returnable and I feel like especially in that case they should have wayyyy more accurate images and descriptions, because the item I received cannot be returned and does NOT look like what they are advertising. Super disappointed overall. Was supposed to be my wedding dress and now I’m out significant money and stuck with an unwearable dress. Would not order from them again.

Unique Dress - Great Find
I had never heard of this amazing Turkish brand and honestly probably never would have if I hadn’t discovered it through Cult Mia — so happy I did! I ordered a dress for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The quality was incredible, especially for the price, and the style felt so unique and special. Delivery was also super fast which made the whole experience even better.
The sizing came up slightly bigger than expected, so I had to get a few minor alterations done, but nothing major at all. Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Such a great find through Cult Mia!

The color wasn’t the same in person as in the photo. This shade of pink isn’t right for me. Also it’s cheap fabric but quite pricey as a product. I’d like to return it but returns do not look easy here. I don’t see a return label.

The dress was very expensive and is already falling apart just trying it on. The fit was very strange and didn’t correlate with the size chart at all. I got a size medium based on my measurements and it was way too big, so now I have to get it tailored and spend more money. For a dress that is “made to order” and cannot be returned I feel scammed. The beads begin to fall off just putting the dress on. Can’t believe I paid so much for a dress that is basically disposable and I can only wear once. For $1200 it didn’t even come with a dust bag. Pretty dress but a major loss.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from CULT MIA.
I ordered a dress for a wedding and experienced significant delays and poor communication throughout the process. I had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get updates on when my order would actually ship — there was very little proactive communication unless I pushed for answers.
What was most frustrating is that the dress was sold as “made to order” and therefore non-returnable, despite being a standard size with no customization to my measurements whatsoever. This was not a bespoke garment. The delayed delivery also left me with no realistic time to get alterations done before traveling for my event, making the dress effectively unusable for its intended purpose.
To add to the frustration, the actual designer/brand behind the dress accepts returns, yet CULT MIA offered zero flexibility. Their suggestion to simply find a local tailor on extremely short notice while traveling for a wedding was unrealistic and dismissive.
For a premium-priced fashion platform, I expected far better customer communication and customer care. Buyers should be aware that “made to order” may still mean a standard-size item with a strict no-return policy, so read the fine print carefully.

Horrible experience with refund and customer service.
- The dress i ordered was not customised at all, they told me they cannot refund because it was customised. Non sense, there is no even an option to customise it.
- I emailed them straight away after i received the dress, to exchange to a larger size. They replied that i had to inform them on this matter within 5 days. I did within first hour.
-Prices are higher than Meanblvd. Unfortunately i only found out after i bought the dress. Plus they offer refund 30 days and customise option.
- they responded me 5 days later, when it says within 48 hrs
Highly dont recommend to order from this website,and explore alternative options which are cheaper as well.

Returns and exchanges were difficult. The dresses were very expensive, but came in a plastic bag, and all of the decorations on the dresses were flattened and deformed. It would take them days to answer back using the customer service channels. I wanted to wear one of the dresses to the Oscars, but it was a logistical nightmare, dealing with customer service, and I had to go with another option in the end

I ordered a gorgeous dress in an XS but realized that was a mistake and requested to change the size to a small, all while needing the dress within a specific timeframe. Cult Mia concierge (customer service) jumped into action, made it happen even though my dress was already in production, kept me informed the entire time and shipped the dress so I will have it in time. I am now a customer for life!
