Ordered a very expensive piece of kit for a horse nebuliser (>£100) so that I had a spare. I did not need it straight away so left it stored safely (in the packaging it arrived in) in my house but when I came to use it a few months later, I found they had send me a used/faulty item. I contacted them and they refused to help me because I didn’t report it in 7 days. I assumed a “reputable” company would have sent me a brand new unused item, not a broken used one. I have learnt my lesson and will never order from them again, absolute crooks stolen over £100 from me.

The service is always handled very well from ordering to delivery. Nothing is too much trouble would recommend cura to anybody

So pleased with this company we have been using them for several months now. They have fantastic customer service and their response to emails, orders and queries is almost immediate. Rich has gone above and beyond with support and help given to me on at least 2 occasions where I had some issues (self created!) They mention that it is a family business and it feels like that with such great personal support. Also saves me money on our dog’s prescriptions.

First time ordering everything was perfect kept updated by cues all the way.

What a sham! This business is run by muppets with no intention of making a sale and doing everything to discourage that. Comms are dire - persistently extensively delayed and professionally inept with incorrect product knowledge, despite being stated clearly on product. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague! Karma.

Needed cold packing and the packaging and attention to delivery/delivery timing was was really great.

Ordered tablets , paid . Nearly a week later they state they have no stock YET still advertise them . Avoid

I have received my cat’s prescription twice and have saved £s by not paying the vet for her medication. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. Excellent service and a happy pain free cat. I highly recommend them.

Placed my order on the 19th of April and have yet to receive my item.

So far I've sent two emails and raised an enquiry on their website requesting tracking details and/or confirmation of my delivery date but have received no response.

Not a great experience so far and I doubt I'll be using them again.

An excellent company to deal with. Prompt responses to questions emailed to Cura. The item arrived packed beautifully, and whilst a refrigerated item, it could have been sent 48 hour tracked and still have been chilled. Finally, the best price around. Thank you.

Brilliant Service, Great Communication and Fast Delivery !

This was the first time I used Cura Pet for ordering Librela. I had a couple of questions, and it was initally a bit frustrating as they have no contact number, but I found that they replied to my email very quickly and were very helpful. The delivery came when they said it would and their price was the most competitive. I would definately use them again.
