Mahida was very kind
Mahida was very kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were staying at a hotel for a couple of days and needed care for my elderly mother. She adjusted the visits to suit our schedule. I would fully recommend Madi.

We have 2 carers from Curam to look after my 95yr old mother who suffered a terrible one for day and one for night Roselyn ( Rose) and Christine , I could not ask for better. I’m disappointed in the vetting process…
I’m disappointed in the vetting process as I had a very bad experience using a carer from this platform. She threatened me with all sorts of ways to get her way to the extent she made me feel the guilty one whilst I was looking & caring after my mother post operation . She has no empathy & she is arrogant with disrespect to her surroundings. I am not sure I can trust again this platform after this horrible experience.

Our carer vetting process is very thorough including DBS checks and bank level biometric ID checks to make sure everyone is safe and adhering to our rules and safety practices. Our self-managed part of Curam allows you to choose who you’d like to care for you, from our records we’re aware your carer assisted for over a year. If you’d like to change carers or choose someone else you are free to choose someone more fitting whenever you want. We just ask that you give your carer 48 hours' notice. If you’d like any further information or assistance, please get in touch with our support team at client@curamcare.com.

I would thoroughly recommend Curran. From start to finish they provided an excellent service. The carer we selected was superb and brought great companionship to my mum while her usual companion was away. Lots of trips out and gentle encouragement got mum doing lots of things she had previously lost interest in. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I was looking for a carer to act as responsible adult for 24 hour post-op period.
I was looking for a carer to act as responsible adult for a 24 hour post-op period and to get me to the train station safely for my onward journey home. It was quick and easy to post the job. Within two days I got seven replies and was from there able to pick the most suitable person and agree to the contract with Curam. This was a huge relief as my two normal ports of call were not available to help out and the hospital stipulated that there there must be a responsible adult with me for the post-op period. The care itself was excellent and, all round, everything very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend. I am John Little I am writing on my wife's page here.

Short term emergency care with a local carer
I was able to find a carer for my mum at short notice - she needed live-in assistance for a couple of weeks following a bout of sciatica that affected her mobility.
Our carer was local, carried out her caring responsibilities excellently and was also very open and adaptable to what mum needed.
The Curam platform was easy to use and streamlined the process considerably - and I really appreciated the calls from the central team at the start and end of the booking to ensure everything was running smoothly.

A good platform for finding carers for…
A good platform for finding carers for my 99 year old mother to provide help while I have a much earned break. I do prefer choosing and interviewing the carers myself and a number of them live fairly locally which is a bonus if you just want and hour or twos care.

Super easy to get a carer fast
I was suddenly thrust into needing to find a live in carer urgently for my Mum for a short period. Curam made the search super easy. We set up a meeting with the carer the following day and she started the day after. Primrose was brilliant and a huge relief to me to have found someone so fast and knowing my mum was being well looked after.

Comfortable experience
I rang Curam and spoke with Caroline today. She was very sympathetic about my mother's requirements and was very knowledgeable. Wonderful carer, short notice …
We found a wonderful carer at short notice for a holiday in Anglesey. I didn't have to worry about DBS checks, insurance etc as that was already completed by Curam. I was able to connect with our carer quickly and make the necessary arrangements, and the video call was particularly helpful.

After searching long and hard for an accommodating service I cane across Curam care service.
This probably has been the most reliable and transparent service both the Admin departments and the care givers have been amazing and work with you.
