AVOID - VERY VERY SLOW DESPATCH

*UPDATE #2*
Order was despatched on Tuesday afternoon after me highlighting to Curate my consumer rights and showing Curate their terms and conditions stating despatch will be in 2 days of approval.

Where is my order?
UPDATE #1:
Having had my order approved and told it was preparing for despatch last Wednesday, I have had no notification at all of what's happening.
Sent several emails and finally get a reply late on Monday (today - 5 days later) saying it will be despatched "very soon" and "don't worry, you only need to go back down to a lower dose if you miss 2 weeks"... What the hell?
I don't want to miss 2 weeks.
I don't want to go back down to a lower dose.
They have given no reason for the delay, just being vague.
This is against my consumer rights.
AVOID!

I've always found these good…

I've always found these good communications...
However have been told previously im not allowed a break when upping dose, i have had my dose reduced before because of this delay, so today i've been waiting a week for my "next day delivery".. I contacted them only to be told.. its next day delivery from day of approval.. which is now over 5 days now...so tomorrow my dose is due .... will i have to reduce my dose again.. may need to order else where in future .. so upset .. no real apologies ive been fobbed off with i can take it a week later.. still ive paid for next day delivery and ordered a week ago

Was not sent a delivery timeslot twice

Was not sent a delivery timeslot twice, and now won’t issue a refund or replacement. I have default settings with dpd to leave in a safe place if not home, which apparently doesnt apply to their deliveries, so you’re supposed to have a crystal ball or be £300 out of pocket. If I did not recieve the product I honestly don’t expect to pay for it. Customer service has been appalling since.

Straight forward and easy

The progress was very easy, all information was emailed to me with instructions which is what made the progress easy. The video call was straight forward. I received my first package quickly after this. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast, usually next day. When the item is delivered, it is in a good strong padded bag with an ice pack, so if im not home to receive the parcel, its not a problem
