Paid double for 1/2 of the boxes
I didn't receive half of the boxes, yet got charged for all of the boxes. CS did not refund me or give me the merchandise. Buyer beware, this is consumer fraud.

If I could give it a 0 or minus level, I would. There is no chat option, no phone number, only an email address from 'Kyle'. They sent my package to the wrong address and I have been trying to get it re-delivered for 6+ weeks now. They confirmed it got re-shipped to the correct address and, when I asked for the tracking number, 'Kyle' asked what order I was referring to, even though he was replying to the same email string we've been using. He is now saying he has to run it up to the correct department even though he confirmed in an earlier email that it had already shipped. There are 52 back and forth emails on this one shipment, unbelievable.
Worst customer service on the planet. Takes weeks for someone to get back to you, no other options to contact but email. They billed me for two of the same boxes and refused to let me return the duplicate. Poor quality merchandise, 1000% not worth the cost and just an overall feeling of being scammed. I finally cancelled. They really should go out of business.
This company has the absolute worst customer service. It also frequently makes a mistake in your order, but there's nothing to be done about it because the only way to contact customer service is via email. They respond once and pretend like they are going to resolve your issue, but they don't and then you never get a response from them again.
I am so frustrated with this company. The full box was delayed because they said that they hadn’t received a product from one of their suppliers. On December 23, I was informed that my winter box had shipped it is now January 17 and I still have not received it. When I inquired about it, I was told that a substitution had been made on the product and that next week they would let me know when it was shipping. This is unacceptable since as an annual subscriber I’m supposed to have my box shipped in the first run. This box is just not worth it. Do not waste your money on it. It is a waste of time and energy.
Sadly no improvement. Tried to charge my annual renewal before it was due. Items far from the quality experience promised. Expensive shipping charges.Avoid.
So tired of this company with their "box". First it was "Box of Style" then changed to "Curateur". Every single season SAME BS. You pay in May and it is now going to be August and I still don't have the box!! They take your money, then they turn around and give excuses over and over. In June I was told it would go out beginning of July. Second week of July I was told by end of month. Contacted them today and now I am told in the next 2 to 10 days! Always some excuse.I am tired of it. They shouldn't take your money and make you wait. Most successful companies authorize when they SHIP NOT 3 month in advance, When I contacted customer service I was told that this is the info management is giving them!!! WHY HAVE customer service! Lol....ridiculous. Placed a separate order other than my Curation and it took a month to receive the merchandise. HUH..they need to get it together. Still using Covid I see as the excuse. A bunch of BS. So while she is living her lavish lifestyle off her customers we are all waiting for our merchandise.First it is the supplier, then the warehouse, then so many orders they are behind a yata yata yata. Something is really wrong here. I am updating! August 15th and I still have NOT received my Curateur box! I bought this for my daughter for her summer trip. Summer is over. Customer service here is so so bad
I would not recommend this box company. The quality is poor. Bag broke first use from spring 2020. So did the suit wrap even on the replacement. Tried again 2021 and the Lynn hat was too small and bent and they sent me a coupon bc they couldn’t full fill, I couldn’t use the shoppe coupon provided to me bc the company Said that the person who gave me the coupon was wrong in her efforts and gone from the company yet the customer gets the problem. I wrote them again and customer service said basically too bad. So I lost out on my own money.had wonderful experience with FABFITFUN.
