Weight loss maintenance
I am purchasing my weight loss medication for maintenance. They have been really helpful. As I'm not taking it every week I am not buying on a 4 weekly basis and they have been very supportive with that. I use the subscription and it's been working great to change the dates if I need to. Great service.

am a bit disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. I was advised that delivery would take 2–3 days, but it has now been 12 days, and I have not received no proactive communication or updates about the delay.I only discovered that further information was required when I contacted them myself about the delay. If additional information was needed to process my order, I should have been contacted promptly rather than being left waiting without any explanation.
