Order took just over a week
Order took just over a week, which is okay. It is a medication I need every 4 weeks but I have it on order at the 3 week mark so hopefully don’t run out.
The medication is meant to be kept with ice packs. Fully melted by the time I got the package.

The application process and ordering…
The application process and ordering system went very smoothly and was what I anticipated after ordering from other pharmacies.
Delivery was quick. Price (with a subscription) is reasonable (on a par with other pharmacies).
However, I am questioning the referral process.
I used my friend’s link that she had emailed to me and noticed after my delivery I did not have the credit. I rang her and she didn’t either. When I chased it I was told I hadn’t used her link (I had). After chasing again I was given the credit ‘as a goodwill gesture’ but my friend is still having to chase for hers. So I wonder why that is? And I really hope it gets resolved for my friend .
