I like using Curely because the service…
I like using Curely because the service up to the delivery part is excellent. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for Royal Mail’s chaotic, baffling and sometimes incorrect messages about delivery. If Curely manages to get Royal Mail to up their game then no-one could touch them.

Not the best communication
Not the best communication. I emailed twice to ask when my order was going to be dispatched and I had no reply. Next thing I know I get an email from Royal Mail saying they had my parcel and were going to deliver it on a certain date.

Highly Recommended
Curely was very competitive on price so I had my reservations about what level of service I would get, but I couldn't have asked for more! Their service is very efficient, all branded products and their medical people keep in touch via my account to make sure everything is going OK. Really happy with them and would highly recommend.
