Responsive service, great products

My order consisted of a pair of Yvan Piano Black spectacles and are certainly of a high quality.

The ordering process was straight forward and easy to navigate.

The price compared to the craftsmanship that has gone into my order is in my opinion a fair one.

Dispatch time was reasonable and the packaging is as high end as the eyewear itself.

I’m highly satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend Curry and Paxton .

The quality of these glasses is excellent. Materials. Build. Craftsmanship. I particularly like the lenses. They make things seems brighter but at the same time remove all the harsh glare of the sun.

Recently brought some Yvan sunglasses and I’m really happy with them. Look and feel top quality.
I emailed with a couple of questions and got a really quick response. The customer service has been perfect.

I recently bought Curry and Paxton spectacles for the first time...I went initially for the Yvan in Dark Tortoieshell. I can highly recommend the service provided by the company. Both Lucy who kindly assisted with my purchase and Brooke on frame size advice have been excellent. The Home Try On option was very helpful in helping with my decision and meant I could have a facetime discussion with Brooke. So...altogether a very happy customer...so much so I've bought additional Yvan frames in Piano Black and the lighter tortoiseshell. A great company offering a bespoke service as wells as value for money!

Poor customer service so far. I bought a pair of Yvan frames where the detailed description clearly stated 149mm size. Received frames that are clearly smaller and marked 145mm. Emailed several times. No response. When I managed to get through on the phone I was told a colleague was looking into my query and could I help by sending photos of the incorrect frames. I duly did that. This was early Thursday. I’ve heard nothing for days. Now no response on the phone. It’s the work of minutes to confirm that the wrong size was sent and to offer a solution, even a returns label. What’s the delay for?

No shop or stockists so, following my enquiry, I was emailed their 'try at home' service, and that was the start and end of communication. Frustrating as I was all but ready to buy. Other british manufacturers are available so I go elsewhere. Rather disappointing.

I wanted to try on the Yvan frames but the shop was closed and being relocated, so I was offered try at home and sent a payment link. The link didn’t work and after contacting them, another link was sent which also didn’t work. I emailed twice without receiving a response and subsequently went elsewhere to purchase some glasses. Over a week later, they emailed another link and I told them I had made a purchase elsewhere. Not even a reply. Poor service and they lost a sale. Disappointed because it’s good to support British companies.

Es handelt sich um die Fred Perry Edition Yvan. Eine wunderschöne Form und Verarbeitung die seinesgleichen sucht. Die Braun/ Orange getönten Gläser verstärken das Licht an dunkleren Tagen oder aber dämpfen ordentlich die Sonnenstrahlen, wobei es eine persönliche Geschmacksfrage ist.
Das einzigste was ich wirklich zu bemängeln habe, ist dass die Art und Weise wie ein so schönes Etui lieblos in einem Karton liegt und sage und schreibe alle Ecken abgescheuert waren vom Versand. Da gibt es mit Sicherheit eine umweltschonende Lösung?!

Sonst habe ich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen! Der Versand war recht zügig, keine Steuern zu entrichten …

Auf die 2. Brille mit "Stärke" bin ich sehr gespannt!
