I paid for the Cursive "30 day challenge" then had an unfortunate death in the family and had to be away for a bit. Cursiv charged me for the challenge and charged me $39 for a subscription. Customer service was no help. I told them I signed up for the challenge, NOT a monthly subscription. They stated they are a subscription-based service and refused to provide a refund.

This company is fraudulent.

I paid for one of their subscription and without my permission went and charged my account twice.

Il corso veramente basic, ma quello ci può stare per un primo approccio verso I.A., ma assolutamente ingiustificato l'addebito successivo anche perché ottenuto con l'inganno.

Pessima esperienza azienda basata solo sul contratto di Termini e condizioni ,un modo come un altro per intascare soldi raggirando le persone che installano l’app non avendo tempo di leggere ogni piccolo cavillo come al solito fuffaguru che fanno soldi senza faticare 👏bravi complimenti!€47,99 regalati non usufruendo del servizio!

It’s a trap 🪤. Pay a little fee to then discover that to actually get the real access for more. They also charge you automatically 39,99 US without you even doing anything (I didn’t download the app and I didn’t pay the additional fee so I thought I didn’t actually subscribe).
No reimbursement of course like they all do. Aggressive adds. We all should know better to not subscribe to this kind of cheap scam.

Same as Daniel. But first tried to charge VAT. Then wanted£50 for AI tools. Hoping for a refund but not as confident as Daniel......
This was the response....
"However, we consider your happiness and continued trust to be of utmost importance. As a result, we have decided to offer you a 50% refund of your most recent payment"
My happiness and trust is so important that they're keeping half my money, which they misled me into parting with, and for which I have received absolutely no goods or services whatsoever!!
May I suggest you steer clear of this company.
Zina Oswald offered the 50% refund, as though they were giving me more than I deserved. Now Alexandrina Anhalt-Zerbst has offered me 75% not giving me a full refund is something I should be grateful for!!!

I paid for a 4 week training course costing $19.99. I created a username and password, the next screen is soliciting me to SPEND MORE MONEY for AI tools, I selected "skip", the next screen asks me if im sure. THIS IS DECEPTIVE BS as We The People call it here in the U.S.
They will refund me. Trust pilot is a very effective tool when requesting a refund.

Dopo reiterate richieste ci è stato riaccreditato il 50% dell'ultimo pagamento effettuato e non goduto, Siamo parzialmente soddisfatti.
