Malheureusement j’ai pas lue les avis avant de faire mon achat.
J’ai jamais reçu ma commande, j’envoie des mails je reçois des réponses qui ne règlent pas mon problème. Ils donnent des faux numéro de suivi, je demande un remboursement mais rien.
Ça fait bientôt 4 mois que je me bas pour recevoir ma commande et toujours rien, a fuir.

Cette société propose à la vente des articles qu’elle n’a pas en stock. Les délais de remboursement sont donc d'extrêmement long et de plus elle trouve des prétextes fallacieux pour ne pas vous rembourser.

My order took forever to get to delivered, only to be delivered through the wrong door. There was no actual address on the parcel, just a postcode so that's their first mistake.
After numerous emails they told me again that it had been delivered. I had to point out again that yes it had been delivered but to the wrong property.
I was then told I couldn't have a refund as it was under review. I pointed out that as the customer I shouldn't be the one left waiting when I've paid for a product.
I asked for a refund or a replacement.
They chose to send a replacement. It was too big.
I asked to request a refund. I was told that as it had been sent whilst an investigation was going on that I couldn't get a refund on this item. I was never told about this before they sent out the replacement. I replied again telling them how disgusting their customer service is and I've had no reply.
All in all, it took 2 months to get to this point and now I have an item of clothes that is too big and I can't get a refund.

Best body suite ever I highly recommend using this brand however I would size down at least one size, this is a personal preference as I prefer a firmer hold in the waist however it’s absolutely true to size so not a must this is the best for the backless dress I have a bra that feels like it can actually support me and the straps tuck in enough at the sides they don’t get seen it’s taken a dress that I thought I was going to have to body tape everywhere for fear of clothing mishaps to feeling absolutely confident in it. It has also given me the movie star hips and but lift without the cost can not rave enough about how amazing it is. And also props to customers service who got back to me right away about my problem ( I selected the wrong colour) not their fault at all but they were able to remedy it and get it out to me without any delay I swear it’s so comfortable I could wear this everyday and honestly will definitely be wearing it every special event because it makes my waist amazing I can’t wait to see how I photograph.

I guess that will teach me to read reviews first! Looking for a large bust solution I ordered their stick on bra in DDD, that alone should have indicated that this would fail at the first hurdle as there is no such size. The item was chased 3 times in the 3 weeks I waited for it and was told that if it did arrive late I could return. However when it did finally arrive 6 days after the event it was required for I was then told the item was not eligible for return! The item was not fit for purpose, as well as being too late, not as described and very poor quality. A discount on my next order was offered but I wouldn't use this company EVER again.

This is a terrible company I ordered compression after an operation two weeks and still not recieved I emailed to cancel you can’t cancel so I emailed to ask how to return when I do receive and they ignored me. Luckily I have a good rating with paypal and they have refund me without quibble. I have recovered from my op and still not received the compression garment shame on you Curvey Power. Other ratings say the same. Beware.

Whatever you do, do not use this company and if you do choose to risk it then do not use any sort of discount code, this stops you from being able to return it. Absolutely shocking way to treat customers

What's to say? Useless drop ship scam company

Weeks and weeks of chasing undelivered item. Refusal to refund. When item arrived very poor quality.

Eventually very wrong sized, poor quality bra tops arrived and when I tried to return for full refund they are insisting I pay for return to China or get credit for part of the cost of the goods.
DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER
I am still persuing my refund and free return.
Trading Standards need to be informed too.

I loved the shape wear online, did not know what size, ordered 2 for £30 each to return the one that it’s not my size. I which is a norm in online shopping . Orders came after 17 days from China, I did not like the way that it works as there is no tightening at all, wanted to return they said you can not return we can just give you 20% discount on future purchases! So I wasted £60 on their website. Even contacted customer service they said they don’t accept return on shape wears which is 90% of their stock! And it does not mention on their website that they don’t accept returns on shape wears! Otherwise no one would buy!

Although I had to wait over two weeks for my item to arrive (which I think should be clearer on the website) the item itself is amazing and exactly what I wanted. I also found Michelle from customer services really helpful! Super efficient and very kind x

My second order is wanted to try them first and wasn't disappointed so ordered again and great quality will be ordering again so I have some spares

Waited longer than expected , but finally arrived and very happy with the garment I purchased, I just needed before I finally received it took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered..

Firstly this Company sells quality products, which personally I was very pleased with.Secondly the Customer Service team were very helpful and easy to get along with. I would recommend.

I ordered a body suit which arrived with no tags .
It was too small for me too but I have been told this item is non returnable.
I am not happy at all with the garment arriving without any tags . Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be supplied:

In satisfactory condition

Free from any signs of prior use

A new garment is expected to have tags attached.
Because this item arrived without tags, it is not as described.
Also as it was discounted I have been informed that I cannot have a refund

However The promotional “new customer discount”should not affect consumer rights.
I have been offered a 30%off next order in return
I do not wish to accept , as I do not intend to make any further purchases .

They offer a discount on your first order but fail to highlight that that makes the sale final and no returns will be accepted. £60.00+ down the drain. A horrible company, who hopefully, will soon go out of business.

Communication was great from Michelle, great products. If you do want the item order in plenty of time as it takes a while to be delivered.

Do not use this retailer. Ordered 3 months ago, delivered to wrong address, which was proven by the courier’s own delivery note to be the WRONG adress and the photo of someone else’s house. Strung along by “Michelle” and told my item was “delivered” therefore they cannot uphold. Reported to TRADING STANDARDS. Out of pocket, no order.
