The products are an ok quality with some fitting ok and others having a very poor cut. They are based in China so returning items is expensive. This is not made clear at time of purchase so impossible to make an informed decision on whether worth buying from them. I will not buy from them again as even if I save at the time of purchase, I will have no idea of whether fit or sizing will be decent and then will have no chance to return. Just not worth it and ended up loosing out on £75 because cannot actually wear items or return them.

Zero stars for this terrible company. I placed my order on the 5th julie didn't get it till 15th August as they only give you return in 30 days from the date you ordered that ruled out my return. I contacted them several times about delivery as I wanted the stuff for a wedding I was going to just kept being told to be patient. I am a pensioner and spent £128 ,on underwear none of it fits and probably won't get exchange or refund due to the wait on delivery and the fact that it was 2 body suits . I really hope people read these reviews before placing an order they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I wish I could rate zero stars to be honest. I purchased two bodysuits in different sizes to try them on and return the unsuitable size. They arrived after the advised delivery date, making them unsuitable for the occasion I purchased them for so I haven’t even opened the parcel. Upon asking for the return details I have been refused these as they are deemed to be an intimate apparel and for hygiene purposes they are unable to be returned. None of which is listed on their website. The customer service from Michelle and Precious has been very unhelpful over the past 3 weeks of me trying to return the products, as they keep quoting their return and hygiene policy, but with completely different wording to what is on the website and are offering a 30% discount on any future orders, but given I will NEVER use this company again is completely pointless. DO NOT ORDER FROM CURVYPOWER. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Too many bad reviews for me to even want to buy from here. I could be wrong but it seems this company makes people write false positive reviews to help get sales. There are way too many bad reviews in ratio to the positive ones. My mother had to stay in a hotel for a little while which wasn’t very good and the staff there gave her a free breakfast for a good review because the rest were bad. This is the vibe I’m getting. Instead of stealing peoples money why not just make your business better. Everyone wins that way. Will not buy now that I’ve checked the reviews.

Complete cowboys. No refunds are offered. Had to go through PayPal to receive refund. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely thrilled with my Seamless Low Back Mesh Tummy Control Shapewear Shorts. They were delay but the whole time I was kept updated. A brilliant product and amazing customer service.
I have bought them to wear under my wedding dress next year. Perfect!

Achtung vor diesem Unternehmen. Schlechte Qualität, Größen passen nicht, Vereinbarungen zu Rücksendungen werden nicht eingehalten. Für mich sind das Betrüger.

Nie wieder , Artikel kamm sehr spät war viel zu klein und man konnte es nicht mehr umtauschen.
Obwohl beim Artilkel normale Umtauschregeln standen.

Nie wieder Geld ist weg und man hat nichts davon sehr unserios

i ordered a bra for an event - it took them 20 days to deliver - throughout this time I tried to cancel multiple times as I knew it would not arrive in time. They would not let me . As soon as it arrived I requested a refund they told they I could not return a bra once the package had been opened due to hygiene policy . They did not tell me this beforehand or I would not have opened the package- although I doubt they would have refunded in any case . They have essentially just stolen £37 off me . They had the cheek to offer me 30% off my next order - I wouldn't buy anything off them ever again.

The bra itself is also cheap and poorly made ... Please read the other reviews as this seems common practice . If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Terrible Experience – Avoid!

I ordered 3 of the same item in different sizes from Curvy Power. It took 12 days to arrive, which is already disappointing. When I tried to return the 2 unused items that didn’t fit, I was told I couldn’t because I’d used their “welcome 10% discount” – something NOT stated anywhere in their terms and conditions or made clear at the point of purchase.

To make things worse, their website has conflicting terms and conditions, which I thankfully spotted, and only because of this do I anticipate a refund (after threatening to involve Trading Standards!).

The customer support experience has been awful – slow, dismissive, and I’ve had to fight back and forth just to get my consumer rights recognised. Absolutely shocking service.

Avoid this company – misleading policies, poor communication, and an overall exhausting experience.

Habe einen Bodyshaper bestellt , kam nach 5 Wochen an wo er nicht mehr benötigt wurde! Zurück senden ging auf keinen Fall, da es sich um Intimwäsche handeln würde. Auf der Website steht alle Artikel ohne Ausnahme können umgetauscht werden!
Nach Mehrmaligen schreiben, musste ich feststellen das die Antwort immer die gleiche war, und Maschinelle geschrieben.Hätte rechtliche Schritte einleiten können, habe davon abgesehen da sich das Unternehmen im Ausland befindet
Nie wieder ,nicht zu empfehlen!

I ordered 2 products to try and work with my wedding dress.
I did exactly as said and tried them on with my underwear still on and hardly even got them on my body before realising they absolutely did not fit.
There is no hygiene issue with these products at all - they were on for less than 10 seconds.
You can return a bikini in other retailers so why not this.
They also said because I used a discount code I wasn’t eligible for a refund. It wasn’t like it was a sale item - they just offered a new customer welcome discount. I don’t want the discount money back - only the money I paid.
This is over £70 I’ve wasted and can‘t afford when I’m spending lots of money on my website.
It’s such a horrible feeling and causing me stress and anxiety in the run up to my wedding.
I’m shocked and appalled a company can operate like this.
Would never use or recommend again!

Awful company , over two weeks delivery , when the items arrive they were totally unsuitable. The company has refused to return as bras are ‘intimate apparel’ I only took one bra out of the bag, saw it wouldn’t be right for me ( had I physically seen the items I first I would never have purchased them ) the other one hasn’t been out of the bag. Neither have been tried on, the company have flatly refused a refund . It is impossible to fully check the suitably of items of clothing on line , other company’s operate a returns policy to cover this, this feels like a scam. Not happy 🤬
