Absolute scam of a company!
Tried to return on day of delivery as too small!
Trying to get details of how to return it is like pulling teeth!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!

If only I could give them minus 5 stars . I am waiting for the oar el since 3rd of June. And everytime when I message them the reply is either is in transit or it could be delayed up to 21 days. It's been more than 21 days . The customer service is absolutely joke

How I wish I had looked on trustpilot before ordering from this company. Like so many I have been treated appallingly by Curvypower.
They are only interested in new sales and not interested in returning customers.
Constantly sending out percentage off discounts to encourage sales knowing full well they have no intention of refunding on anything regardless of its condition and even though they ask the consumer to pay return postage.
I stupidly made a second purchase with another discount code because I actually thought one of the items I ordered was okay. I believe they purposely didn’t reply to my return request on my first order until my second order was dispatched which took forever btw, so that once they had made me aware of their no return policy I couldn’t cancel my second order.
My email of dissatisfaction was responded to within one hour with guess what….another discount code.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. No refunds offered which is against the consumer rights act. Will be reporting them to trading standards. Will try and get my money back from the bank

The company do not tell the truth on their website relating to returns or exchanges because they send you a discount code and when you use it, it makes your purchase non exchangeable or refundable.
It’s totally misleading and bad customer service.

I ordered in April a item from Curvypower and because I receive parcels every week at my business address I didn't notice the time passing and when I checked I didn't received for more then a month the parcel I checked the courier page to track the parcel and said was not able to delivery to contact the sender . I had contacted and they still delaying the replacement or refund for more then 2 weeks now without a clear solution and giving diferent solutions or writing diferent emails making the situation confuse. If I knew I would never ordered from you guys . I will keep waiting for the purchase replacement or full refund.

TOTAL RIP OFF - AVOID
they send a voucher but avoid to tell you what you spend it on you won't be able to return the item.
Says if you try on with own underwear it can be returned THIS IS ANOTHER LIE
They have basically stolen £50 from me & had the cheek to give me another voucher!

Like others I wished I had read the reviews before ordering. The company sent me the item in the wrong colour and refused to allow me to return the item or send out the correct colour. I ended up having to make a claim through my bank. The company do not abide by the Sale of Good Act or uphold customers Statutory Rights.

Taken my money, not received my item and the customer service is shocking.

Just as described would buy another item.

Meme si vous avez essayer avec vos sous vêtements et que tout est étiqueté et emballé en fait ils refusent tous les retours!
Et en plus c’est très mal taillé

Absolute shambles. Don't accept returns if you used a discount code??

I have never left a review before, but after dealing with Curvy Power, I felt I had to warn others. This company is absolutely terrible and I completely understand why they’ve received so many negative reviews and they deserve every one of them.
I recently had surgery and urgently needed a compression garment (bra and arm shaper) for recovery. I placed my order in good faith, expecting it to arrive in a reasonable time. Instead, it took three full weeks to arrive far too late for my post-op needs. Because of their delay, I was forced to borrow money and buy another one elsewhere.
When I told them I no longer needed the item and asked for a refund and a prepaid return, they refused. They claimed they couldn’t refund me because it’s a bra, even though it was completely unworn and in original condition. That excuse is nothing but nonsense. What made things worse is that instead of making things right, they had the nerve to offer me a discount code to buy from them again — as if I would ever spend another penny with them after such a bad experience! Their attitude is shocking and it’s clear they only care about making money, not their customers. Greedy, careless, and completely unprofessional.
I truly hope this company is held accountable and that people stop trusting them with their money. They failed me at a vulnerable time and refused to take responsibility. Do not trust them especially if you need something urgently or expect decent customer service.

Le service client de cette entreprise est absolument exécrable et inexistant. La satisfaction des clients ne les intéresse pas lorsque vous vous adressez à eux, ils vous racontent n’importe quoi sans AUCUNE vérification. C’est absolument inadmissible et inacceptable. Ne dépensez pas 0,01 € pour cette compagnie, vous sauvegarderez votre argent et tire calme.

A similar story to others. Despite saying they are based in the UK with a 7-10 day delivery time scale, my item ordered on 5th May did not arrive until 3 weeks later and nobody could tell me where it was despite having a tracking number. It was ping pong with the carrier saying they hadn't received it and CurvyPower insisting it was "somewhere". It was going to arrive too late for my event so I had to go to good old M & S and purchase an alternative last minute. I requested a refund from CurvyPower. They asked me to wait for it to arrive then let them know, as soon as I confirmed the package arrival (not suitability, correct item, sizing, quality, condition or fit as I didn't even open or inspect) they said - sorry, "no refunds".
Not in 2025 mate!! - thank you PayPal for sorting this out promptly! Outrageous

Really happy with garment I ordered, well made and surprisingly the support it gives is good. Just disappointed it takes longer than I’d like for it to arrive.

Unfortunately it's probably too late for you if you're reading this. I purchased some shapewear for an event which was over 3 weeks away and I'm still waiting for the items. I've had to ask PayPal to step in. Awful customer service. And very. Sketchy information is given by them with regards to where your items are, I would not recommend this company.

I was completely ripped off. Wish I had read reviews before ordering as my experience was the same. Cheaply made item and the company is refusing my return as I used the 'Welcome' discount they gave me. The customer care telephone number on the website doesn't work and the email I received from the customer care team comes from an address with this mispelling - 'custumer...' Everything points to this being a scam.

Die bestellte Größe (Mieder) entspricht nicht der Größe. Eher einer asiatischen Größe. Viel zu klein !! Man weigert sich die nicht anprobierte Ware umzutauschen. Nie wieder werde ich hier etwas bestellen.
