I messaged Custom Detailing today after noticing that bird guano (mess) had left a mark down the side of my car. After scrubbing this with a sponge, the abrasive guano that scratched and dulled the paintwork and I was absolutely gutted!

I popped down to Custom Detailing who in 10 minutes had completely rectified the issue and left it as good as new.

They were prompt in replying, super polite, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ll absolutely be returning for all my car detailing needs and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Not to mention how reasonable they are with pricing!

I recently had a full detail carried out on my Porsche Taycan by Andrei and his team at Custom Detailing, including up to a three-stage polish on some panels and a ceramic coating. The car honestly looks better now than it did when I first collected it from the Porsche main dealer.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear this is a very professional setup. The premises are immaculate - clean, tidy, organised and more like a showroom than a workshop. There is no mess or clutter anywhere, and the whole place gives you confidence that your car is going to be properly looked after. They have multiple units, a full wash bay, and the cars are kept locked inside and secure at all times.

Andrei is clearly at the top of his game. His knowledge of detailing, products and aftercare is excellent, and he takes a genuine interest in both the vehicle and the owner. He took the time to explain the process properly, answer all my questions, and nothing felt rushed. I also had the option of spending two days training with him and working on my own vehicle, which I would have loved to do, but sadly I couldn’t commit the time on this occasion. That says a lot in itself - he is the detailer who trains detailers.

Communication throughout was excellent. Everything felt upfront, honest and professional, and I always felt the car was in very good hands. Andrei is very friendly, easy to deal with, and clearly thinks through every part of the customer experience.

The reveal of the finished car was amazing. It was staged beautifully in a workshop you could practically eat your dinner off the floor! The end result was outstanding, and Andrei also went through the aftercare thoroughly, explaining the cleaning process carefully so I knew exactly how to maintain the finish properly.

Pricing is very reasonable for the level of work and care involved, and they also stock a great range of products at competitive prices. I walked out with a few, couldn’t resist!

There is clearly no shortage of customers - I had to wait over a month to get booked in, but it was absolutely worth it. Andrei is always working on high end and new cars, and you can see why.

Overall, this was a very special experience and I would highly recommend Custom Detailing, particularly to anyone who is very particular about their car and wants to know it is being properly looked after.

I am extremely particular about my cars and I rarely trust anyone to work on them. After visiting Custom Detailing and meeting Andrei, I understood immediately that my car was in the right hands.

The attention to detail, the professionalism and the passion for perfection are on another level. When I collected the car it looked absolutely stunning — deep gloss, flawless finish and every detail taken care of.

Took our new volvo xc60 to custom detailing to be ceramic coated and the result was incredible. Attention to detail was excellent. Very knowledgable and friendly service. Would definately recommend.

I recently took a hands-on detailing course using my own car and learned the full process from start to finish. We did a complete exterior and interior valet, including a deep interior clean, before preparing the car for polishing. I learned the proper polishing techniques and got familiar with different products, pads, and machines. After polishing, we prepped the car for ceramic coating, completed touch-ups, and I learned how to apply both leather balm and ceramic. I also practiced maintenance washes, including one on Andrei’s car, which really helped reinforce what I’d learned. Andrei explained everything clearly with helpful examples, making the process easy to follow. Overall, it was a very practical and informative course that I’d highly recommend.

He’s a legend, he’s only about making he’s customers happy. Gave me the right support instead of just taking my money like the rest do, I’ve seen he’s work and I can 100% I can vouch he knows wat he’s doing 👏🏾

What a transformation, I can honestly say it was miles better than I expected. I've seen some vehicles on social media and thought nice work! But after the guys were finished, my car was unbelievably shiny.

Done my training 1-1 with Andrei. The guy have so much knowledge you won’t be disappointed and before you will finish your training you’re so confident you can start in your own. It’s all about technique and how he explains all the things. Passion and technique it’s the key.

Great Job!! Andre and the team restored the paint on my Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Roadster last week. The results are incredible!!! It looks like it's just out of the factory.

I’ve had an amazing couple of days with the guys at custom detailing doing my own car M4 comp in green , with there guidance I’ve now got the car to the immaculate condition I’ve always wanted but never quite got there a full decontamination wash and two stages of machine polishing ready for the ceramic coating every single step the improvements blew me away fantastic results well impressed with myself the way they show you gives unbelievable results and confidence I’m now looking to start a little sideline for myself thanks guys I’ll keep you updated on my results
