I bought the large dachshund laundry…
I bought the large dachshund laundry basket from custom fam. This is such a joke. I wish I could post a picture, but I see that’s not an option. It is as thick as a couple pieces of fabric and it has absolute no ability to stand up. Imagine taking a blanket and using it as a laundry basket it just lays on the floor like a blanket does. It was expensive and it has no use.

Did not receive what was advertised AND it was expensive
I ordered the Bad Bunny Super Bowl shirt and 2 hats. The shirt was ok but the hats looked nothing like how they were advertised (probably because they used AI to create the hat image). The composition of the front panel design was not as portrayed in the post either. They would not let me return the item. I paid the premium price - $60 for a hat that could've been made for much much less. The hat was not constructed with quality fabric or distressed at all (per the image posted that they took down after they made their sales) or had a nice strapback. I have the pictures to prove what they advertised and what was received! They only offered a partial refund and they mentioned in their reply to this review that they sent the refund confirmation. I have yet to receive confirmation on the partial refund. The hat was tacky looking and I'm pretty sure it was shipped from overseas. I originally suspected the image was created with AI along with other items on their website - will never doubt again and will never buy from them again.

I ordered a men’s 3 XL shirt from this…
I ordered a men’s 3 XL shirt from this company. I am 5 foot 11 and any shirts I have ever ordered are 3 XL. When the shirt arrived it went almost to my knees and was extremely big all over. I have never seen a 3XL this large. The company refused to send me another one but would give me 30 percent off for a new one. I already spent plenty for the original one and again 3 XL is never as large as this one was. It was also very cheap, thin material. Do not buy from this company. Customer Satisfaction is not their priority.

CustomFam should be named Custom SCAM. Do not order from this site it is not a legitimate company in Austin, TX it is just an office where they send to China for cheap knockoffs after you purchase something. I ordered the laundry baskets and received a cheap plastic knockoff that was not quilted as pictured and was sprayed with some type of chemical. When I opened the package I instantly got a migraine and sore throat. The product has been sitting outside for 2 weeks and still, has a smell. I spent $150 on three cheap Chinese plastic baskets. DO NOT ORDER there is nothing handcrafted about these. I complained and they simply said they are a cotton blend but I have yet to see the tag of what they are made of but I can tell you they are cheap thin plastic

This seller and product lists a business address in the US but the product comes from China. The shipping time is ridiculously long! The product looks nothing like what is advertised for the 250th anniversary and is a very small sticker on a bottle. Horrible! Still have not received one of two items. Seller is refusing to provide return airbill/label.

Zero stars if I could. What a scam. Don't trust this site. The photo shown for the Advent calendar were 3D toys and what we got were plastic 2D pieces of crap with a photo printed on them. Plus I paid a whopping $55 on this plus $10 in shipping and then I saw the same thing on walmart for $10. I asked them to let me return the product since it's false advertising and they said no because it was opened and offered a 20% discount. NEVER AGAIN!!! I hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did.

This company is wonderful. I ordered a canvas about my son's dog and had to make a change. They did! When it arrived, it was packaged more than carefully, and the canvas - well - just too perfect - and beautifully framed. 2025 hasn't been a good year...daughter died, husband died, son was told by his wife she wanted a divorce, son's dog had to be "put down" because of decline due to age. The people at Customfam...just not enough words to thank. Caring, lovely people.

Items not as advertised
The item I received is absolutely not what was pictured. The item listing is a solid piece of 1/2” thick pine with a raw edge, shellacked and with a lot of craftsmanship. What I received is a thin piece of plywood that looks terrible. I am so embarrassed to give this as a gift. This website is a scam! Buyer beware!!
Update: I found the Etsy listing that this shop has stolen from.
