We were very specific on what we wanted. We submitted detailed working drawings and would receive back shop drawings showing something different than what we wanted. When we would discuss the difference, I was repeatedly assured that they understood and it would be done the way we requested. When we received the finished product, it did not reflect our design. Disappointed. We were under the impression that the mirror would be made in Los Angeles where your office is located so the people who assured us that they understood what we wanted were the ones actually producing the mirror. Instead, the mirror is made in China so as soon as the order is released for execution, any assurances by the sales people is lost. The lesson we learned is to keep correcting the shop drawings until they reflect exactly what we wanted and not rely on assurances from your sales people.
