I ordered a hat from custom ours and it came smashed and logo came off. I reached out to them and asked for either a replacement or refund. First they said if I could fix it. This is a straw hat and cannot be straightened out. I reached out again and they offered me 10% as compensation. Then they offered 15%. Then 20%. The final email offered 35% and keep the hat. They don’t realize the hat is too smashed and looks ridiculous! 35% doesn’t even cover the hat. They do not stand by their return policy and give your the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They will keep your money and do not honor their policy.

Ordered a hat for my neice, and upon arrival the name tag was lying in the bottom of the packaging. Pretty disappointing when paying a premium price for this product and they only secure the name tag with a hot glue gun.

Quit stealing pictures and hats from other sites that don't belong to you. You're showing pictures of Wild Child Hat Fire Design hats on your site, as your own.

Paid $70 for a wide brim hat and paid extra to have it expedited. They shipped it in a plastic bag. Hat came in crumpled damaged. There is no Phone number to contact the company. I tried emailing them several times, but haven’t gotten Any replies. I would never order from them again.

I ordered a PAPA sweatshirt with my kids names written on it. The size couldnt fit my teenage son. And this wasnt cheap, it costed me $60

When I wrote to them about the sizing, they offered to pay me 20% of the total cost. I mean really?
I said I would like to return the piece as its impossible to wear it and they said, I wil have to take care of the shipping cost and it needed to be shipped to China, which via USPS costed me $35

I literally wasted time and money on this, so please beware, dont fall for this guys

Do not buy from them. I ordered a customized shirt as a Father’s Day gift and confirmed all design info by email. They sent in a wrong color and the shirt size runs a lot smaller making it useless. They refused to give a full refund. Only offered a 30% refund even though the mistake was 100% from their end.
